Amazing experience... everything was excellent 👌. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, the bathroom was also a highlight..the lotion, shower gel and conditioner are of great quality, the area was quiet. The customer service was also very good... enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Ulwazi Place is a hidden gem in a central location. Bryan was an amazing host. Extra communicative and ensured we were safe. Sammy from the restaurant team went over and above to ensure we were well fed and enjoyed our stay

Ulwazi Place is a hidden gem. I visited to have dinner with my friend. From the arrival at the gate, the guards are always very professional, yet very welcoming. The warmth at the Hotel reception, greeting you with a genuine smile. It is very quiet, with leafy suburb surrounding, trees and birds chirping. We had gone for dinner, and I can't thank Chef Dan enough, who is always very keen on personalizing client's need and going the extra mile. Thank you for the delicious meal you made for us. Thank you Simon in the restaurant, who always has a smile on his face, attending to all the client's needs swiftly. And to our waiter, Kirui Salome, thank you for the attentive service that you gave us, you always checked on us to make sure all was okay, and we had a great time dining at Ulwazi. Behind the scenes, am sure it is because of the environment the management has given you to work in such a professional way, Thankyou General Manager, Aurelia, for always being there for your guests. I look forward to a longer visit and stay and your Hotel.

We traveled for my husband’s job, but wanted to spend one night together before work began for him. We decided to book Ulwazi Place, and was completely blown away at how “at home”, relaxed, and rejuvenated we felt. Everything from the decor, location of the hotel (in a very quiet and safe environment), our balcony view, the spacious room, and delicious food exceeded all expectations! The customer service was also top notch. Everyone was professional, helpful, and friendly. We also wanted to celebrate our honeymoon period, and they arranged flowers, a lovely note, and non-alcoholic champagne for us to enjoy. We truly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be staying again!

My stay at Ulwazi place was exciting and very memorable...Cleanlines of the room mostly the sheets towel and Bathrobe was breathing...I will definitely come back considering the good Laundry service I got from Cynthia very Welcoming super friendly and Extremely professional ...I would recommend her in any Hotel she's top Notch she made me feel like home ......am so happy and I will definitely come back pass my regards to staff especially Cynthia.
