部屋に冷蔵庫、エアコンはありません シャワー室にカーテンなどはないため 床が水浸しになります 勝手にスタッフが部屋に入室してきます 値段と釣り合っていません

This hotel has many advantages such as: the staff is very nice, lots of variety at breakfast - you may not like everything but there will be plenty of choices, fairly close to airport, in middle of city and walking distance to a grocery, a fun little shopping store upstairs across the street, a nice but small bar, a nice view from some rooms. It’s a safe and convenient hotel, but it’s not a five star by any means. It’s fairly clean. You will wake up very early by the music from the mosque close by. I would stay here again.

I ENJOYED YOUR KIENYENJI CHICKEN AND CUP OF CUPPCCINO IT WAS WELL PRESENTED BY CHEF ONESMUS AND SERVED BY GLORIA THE WAITRESS. THEIR SERVICE WAS OWESEME. I WILL COME BACK AGAIN, GREAT FACILITY..KEEP IT UP

From the minute we arrived it was terrible. Stayed for one night as a stop over and it was much to be desired. The receptionist was unfriendly and couldn’t muster up a smile. The room was outdated. No aircon in the room, bath towels were sooooo old, no lid on the bin. Linen needed updating and I am not even sure if they cleaned it. My friend found nail clippings in the bed and my pillow had a rip in it. Will never recommend this place.

For a city centre hotel, it is really good value for money. Ideally situated. Certainly not luxury, but it has everything you need, en-suite, hot shower, bottled water, tea & coffee facilities, and including a safe in the bedroom. Breakfast is still not as good as one would expect. Friendly staff.

Nice clean room, nice hot shower. Really quite enjoyed our one-night stay here in September 2022 at the end of our trip to Africa. And a few more words to reach tripadvisor's silly 200-character minimum. Pete & Barb from Boise.

We were booked at this hotel the day before we took a 7 days Safari. It is situated in a busy locality. Rooms were tiny and suffocating without any fans or cooling system. Breakfast was the very basic I have seen ever. Would avoid staying here ever.

Small rooms definitely mistake rating it as 4star probably 2 star or less, no fan, no space in the room, mistake staying there. Breakfast has vast room for improvement. Corridors are locked. High noise from adjacent rooms on the same side of the hotel. This continued till midnight
