去馬塞馬拉大草原前，在內羅畢入住一晚市區酒店～很不錯，進入酒店的車輛都需要嚴格安檢，前台小哥英語很好也很幽默，房間整體歐式度假風格，早上有小鳥叫醒服務。room service餐食種類也很多！

very good，乾淨衞生，算內羅畢最好的酒店之一了。最主要是很安全，安保做的好，進出的包裹行李檢查，車輛檢查，還有警犬上車檢查車輛。這是我們需要的

酒店有荷槍實彈的保安還有2條警犬，出入管得很嚴，安全性很好

非常之舒服的一間酒店，可能大部份酒店冷氣都不太夠.大堂完全感覺不到有冷氣. 前台服務員服務不夠細心，比較cool.

It’s wasn’t bad

Really nice stay and staff, beautiful facilities and spacious rooms. Worth the extra penny Minor point but they were rigid about reversing my with breakfast booking ( they argued I had a no cancellation booking), even though I had requested for change within 10mins of booking. But breakfast was lovely so not too important, but felt rather cheated by the poor service there.

I felt like the staff/concierge tried to overcharge us for some excursions. They quoted a price which transportation was included and on the way back twice tried to charge a fee for the hotel shuttle when it was already included as part of the package price

Amazing hotel. Very good communication Booked for a newly wed couple. I would like to thank all the staff for making their stay a breathtaking one. 5 star hotel in very convenient location. Security is very thorough and they take pride in the service they provide. Would highly recommend

Such a luxe experience. The staff was kind and attentive , the food was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The only regret is that we couldn't stay longer so I could enjoy their on-site spa and heated pool (next time). Thank you for making my families stay so special.

Very nice property. Rooms are very nice. Little far away from shopping. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurants. Overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Lovely rooms, friendly staff and nice meals on site at restaurants and room service. I needed to request housekeeping assistance on two occasions and service was prompt and courteous.

A luxury property with great service and quality in all depts. Have been coming regularly for years. Unfortunately marred now by the expressway running bang in front of the rooms.
