Das Heron ist schon seit vielen Jahren ein gutes Hotel mit einer tollen Lage zum Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Tolles Restaurant mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Ein super nettes und freundliches Personal lässt sich hier wie zu Hause fühlen

Som tidligere kunde en rekke ganger, visste jeg hva jeg gikk til: Hyggelig hotell med veltrent betjening. Rolig og sentral beliggenhet med det meste av nødvendige fasiliteter innen hotellet. Cred til David Mwaniki og hans smilende team. Bare et minus fra min side - en personlig sak: Seng/ madrass litt for hard.

Côté positif, l’hôtel est bien placé, le personnel serviable, les chambres fonctionnelles, l’hôtel globalement propre. Côté négatif, difficile à joindre par téléphone, chambres un peu petites et manquant de rangements, la tv ne marchait pas, le restaurant a l’extérieur propose une carte très limitée et le service est très long. Love this hotel second time hete been last year and this year with my dad so nice the people love kids like me and food is so great and so peacefull to have relaxed time. Enjoy being in Nairobi as this hotel so close to evertyhing of interest and so nice safaries they organize. It makes me feel at home with friend

Such a nice place to stay and have business meetings, embraces everyone. The hotel is close to cbd has top notch facilities I.e gym,heated pool etc, I loved their meals not to mention their room standards. Our guests were treated with at most respect and care. This was all possible because of Ann an amazing lady,who ensured everything we asked for was on point and o time, she displays the image of the hotel with grace, hospitality and class. The General Manager is also involved in everything ensuring that you are satisfied. I recommend Heron 1000% , no regrets. Will most definitely visit again.

I’m a regular client in this hotel under Assets Africa.The hotel is centrally located near to town .The hotel is very clean and well kept.Service is outstanding and the good is generally excellent.customer care is very good more especially from GM David Mwaniki and Wesley .The service from Onesmus Kala is great,he is always joyful.The conference facilities are great and the rooms are very comfortable.Will recommend this hotel to people coming to Nairobi

The Heron hotel is a must hotel to visit and stay while in Nairobi. It's located near the town centre a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by uber. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel upgraded me to a suite room. The coffe offers classic meals cooked to high standards. Wesley and Dennis are very pleasant oad their service is super. The gym manager is very supportive and helpful. The GM David ensures his clients are happy and comfortable. I will recomend the hotel to guests coming to Nairobi.

Belle chambre spacieuse numéro 2501, bien tenue propre chaque jour. Coût abordable Fournie en eau chaude toujours permanente. Petit déjeuner toujours ponctuel. Personnel serviable. Nourriture délicieuse. Heron portico hôtel est un hôtel de qualité pour moi. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel, si jamais j'ai une mission à Nairobi.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for solo female travellers. On check out, the hotel demanded additional payment, and the men behind the front desk displayed aggressive behaviour. It was dark and very early morning with no one around. They called in extra men and wouldn’t let me leave until I paid them around $400USD. I had already paid the hotel for my stay. It was a scary experience.
