Sehr guter Service im Hotel. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist eine Mischung aus lokalen Speisen und English Breakfast. Vielen Dank an Daniel vom Frühstücksbuffet. Wir sind mit dem Hotel zufrieden.

Had a comfortable stay in a quiet, beautiful part of town. Exactly what I signed up for. Wonderful staff- at the reception, breakfast buffet and otherwise. Staff was always cheerful and helpful- they helped with room extensions, last minute bookings and facilitated amenities seamlessly. Special shoutout to the breakfast staff! A pleasure to stay here.

The Heron Hotel on Milimani Road, a prime area in Nairobi, just a short distance from the CBD offers an excellent business experience with its well-equipped conference rooms, ideal for meetings and events. The rooms are spacious, modern, and outfitted with advanced audio-visual technology, ensuring seamless presentations. The staff especially wesley is professional, attentive, and quick to assist with any technical or logistical needs. Catering services during business events were exceptional, offering a variety of delicious meals and refreshments, thoughtfully prepared to suit all tastes. The food is fresh, flavorful, and presented beautifully, making breaks between sessions enjoyable. Overall, the combination of great facilities, efficient staff, and quality food enhances the business experience.

The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic! Even though the T-bone steak was substantial for one person, I ate the entire thing since it was so delicious.It complemented the vegetables and sauce perfectly and was tender.Steve made me feel welcome, and Dennis G. treated me well. They are well-groomed and made me smile, and I hope to always be able to return with my family.

We attended the AKPIA Breakfast meeting and the event was excellent The Marhaba Hall was excellent and Ms.Ann Nyaga welcomed the team with great smiles .We highly recommend this hotel for you conferences... Honestly speaking I had the best experience,you have the best staff,my friends and I were served by Annette and all I can say is she really is an amazing person,she really does know how to relate with everyone .I actually look forward to seeing her on my next visit.

The hospitality is top notch! Food service is excellent from breakfast buffet to dinner in the Cafe. Onesmus took excellent care of us two nights in a row. The front desk and housekeeping are also very responsive and always friendly. Asante!

Great Hospitality from the staff. Wesley is exceptional and one of a kind. The facility has some type of old money vibe which I like, it’s easy to locate and from the airport using Express way it takes not more than 15 mins. Would visit over and over again. Thank you
