恩納斯排度假酒店及水療中心(Enashipai Resort & Spa)

Had a wonderful experience, place is convenient distance wise, as we reside in the capital city, Nairobi, customer service,ambience and facility is great, it's clean, has a good selection for all the meals, the highlight of our visit was the Siyara spa tour organised by the spa manager, Astine and executed very well by Winnie, easily top Spa in the region! Impressed by the consistency noted as we have visited Enashipai thrice prior with family over Christmas holidays. Keep it up!!!!

The staff were very pleasant, friendly and willing to help. The carts were timely upon request. Food was to die for and rooms were great as well. We are looking forward to coming back. Thank you Enashipai for the great experience and for having us.

Beautiful Villas. Spotlessly clean rooms, luxurious king size bed, smooth linen and spotlessly clean bath room . The food is 5-star, deliciously finger-licking. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome conference rooms. Fantastic manager.

Our room with outside shower and gorgeous views of the lush garden was worth the stay in itself. The staff were all willing to help and very friendly. After a busy five day safari, the relaxation offered at the hotel was very welcome.

This hotel does not meet expectations. The attention of the staff leaves much to be desired. We asked them for some oil for the breakfast toast and they told us they didn't have them. The bathroom is dirty and the rooms are old.

The staff were courteous and very helpful. Loved how quiet it was at night, the cozy beds too. In the evening there was a band that took our breathe away ❤️ The Spa….loved the entire experience. My favorite meal was the breakfast, there was lots of variety

The whole set up of the hotel is just wonderful. The rooms are well arranged. It cant be better than it is. Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries and team building meetings. Looking forward to visiting many more times.

我用它來做生意。這是一家非常好的飯店。房間位於公寓的二樓和三樓。二樓有客廳、廚房、會議室、露台，但我們完全沒有使用。我只使用了三樓的浴室和臥室。餐點為自助餐。嗯，這很正常。浴室有浴缸，但水是棕色的。有游泳池，但是因為擔心水沒用。工作人員非常友好。我每天都喝塔斯卡維亞。

Generally, a good hotel and staff are professional. One has to book early as it gets very busy. Rooms are clean and there are several activities within the hotel including the Siraya spa. Some of the rooms are quite a distance from the main restaurants and so one may be required to walk a distance.
