環境：聖誕節環境營造的非常棒，有各種彩燈和裝飾品，整個團隊也沉浸在聖誕氛圍當中。酒店旁邊就是本地最大的Naivas 超市，買東西很方便。 服務：進門需要額外在刷卡，安保措施非常到位 設施：門口在施工，道路不平整，停車有點不方便。

Very good service, food and the waitress and waiters. The managers too. It was a great experience. Cleaners cleaned the room well. I recommend sarova woodlands . However to consider having a spa and gym facility. May be aerobics as well on weekends.

The service is nice but sloooooow. 30 min for 2 cups of wine, 1h for some potato wedges, even though it was almost empty. The waiter excused but even afterwards was not any faster. It was the second time , the first time they just opened and the service was fine, but it degraded soon.

Excellent venue for conferencing and accommodation. Delicious cuisine served by warm and friendly staff. Particularly had an awesome experience with Damaris who took us through their meticulous meal preparation process. Lovely person!

For a sarova hotel I was really disappointed with the service. The ball was dropped so many times and what made it worse was the lack of accountability from the managers especially the ones in the restaurant. Sarova is known for service so this hotel was truly disappointing.
