它自称是五星级酒店，却是我们整个纳米比亚之旅中最贵的住宿。以后绝不再来。去那里完全是个错误。甚至有工作人员在交谈中承认，还不如订马库蒂埃托沙酒店（Makuti Etosha）而不是埃马尼亚酒店（Emanya）。 没有免费饮用水，没有蚊帐，早餐糟糕透顶，“五道菜晚餐”更是惨不忍睹（餐前小点竟然是两根牙签上插着的干香肠），没有训练有素的员工，餐饮部的员工白天竟然在给客人按摩脚底，办理入住的员工还要在等了20分钟后去泳池酒吧帮忙。沟通严重不畅。他们根本听不进任何批评。然而，似乎每个人都很在意之后在反馈表上留下自己的名字，说是为了给人留下好印象。我被告知房间里没有蚊帐，但我们的邻居后来告诉我们，他们的床上挂着蚊帐。真是毫无意义。房间看起来又旧又没品味。门锁也特别紧。在纳米比亚其他地方，所有酒店房间都提供免费饮用水。友情提示：你可以购买反馈表。表格在早餐时发放，本应是匿名的。但退房时，他们会出示表格并询问你一些具体问题。例如，我的前台接待员就问我为什么没有在表格上给她好评。简直荒谬至极。所以，绝对不推荐！酒店网站上的照片具有误导性。员工表现得好像这是丽思卡尔顿酒店，而实际上它只是一家位于偏僻地带的普通二星级酒店。

An unexpected gem, after staying in a few disastrous resorts we arrived in paradise! It’s an oasis of calm and style, the rooms are cool and sophisticated. On arrival we were offered a foot massage, two delightful young ladies Katrina and Rhi were great thank you. The viewing platform over the waterhole is perfect. They also have a very hardworking chef. Thoroughly recommend.

This lodge is trying to be 5*. It is far from that. We stayed here for one night. It was filthy - see photos. There are no amenities in the room. No fridge, no water - you have to buy water from the bar. Only at turndown, do they provide a 330ml bottle of complimentary water. They do provide a hairdryer, air condoning remote and tv remote, in a bag but they inspect the bag before checkout, in case you are tempted to run off with an air conditioning remote! The service was equally terrible. It is not the fault of the staff, who are mostly young, but who have had no training whatsoever. The waitress tried to open a bottle of wine with a corkscrew, without removing the foil first, resulting in foil falling into the bottle. She had no idea. The manager is rude and again has no idea how to treat her clientele. There was a misunderstanding about our board basis, which had been pre-booked as dinner, bread and breakfast. She insisted we had to pay for dinner and came to the table during the meal, trying to force our guide to leave the table mid meal, to sort it out. All this could have been sorted after dinner. but she interrupted our meal several times. We have stayed in many luxury places and rustic ones, which all value their clients. I am happy with basic but I hate places which are dirty. The shower was disgusting - the windows were filthy, there were moisture marks on the walls, and the room had an unpleasant musty smell, as there is a rush roof, which had had some rain. These are photos of room 6. All in all, it was a very unpleasant place to stay. If I could leave no stars I would, but this only allows me to leave one.

Leuke lodge, op korte afstand van Etosha NP (Numatoni). hoofdgebouw (bar, restaurant) is in zeer sobere en moderne stijl. Huisjes verspreid over het domein in klassieke stijl (wel mooi, veel beton). Eten is voortreffelijk en bediening is zeer vriendelijk. Goede uitvalsbasis om Etosha te bezoeke.

This is directed to the manager and owner. I found your lodge and staff lovely. However, the caged crocodile for the amusement of guests is unsettling and cruel. Please rethink this as we are experiencing the celebration of wildlife in beautiful Africa, and a reptile is being tortured.

这家大型旅馆设计相当糟糕；房间离接待处和餐厅都很远。我们入住期间旅馆比较安静，但服务速度很慢。虽然员工非常友好，但管理层的服务却截然不同！员工的热情接待在与经理接触后荡然无存，甚至令人不快。自助早餐种类非常有限，所谓的野餐午餐也根本算不上野餐！

Fantastatic lodge. Much better than the ones inside the park. Beautiful building. Peaceful and elegant decoration. Try the foot spa: the staff is so nice! We reallly had a wonderful experience.

Ne vaut pas du tout ses 5 étoiles, ni au niveau des chambres ( pas d insonorisation, pas d eu chaude ) ni du site (aucun esprit namibien) ni du resto ( plats européens sans saveur) ….déception !!

Sauberkeit, Service Frühstück und Dinner waren wunderbar. Vor allem die Fußmassage nach Ankunft war sehr wohltuend.

在一條美麗的小路的盡頭，酒店隱藏在一片樹簾後面。場地很宏偉，到達大廳的感覺很壯觀。大廳和餐廳區域的建築非常現代且華麗。非常漂亮的游泳池，可以觀賞 30 公尺外飲水的野生動物。房間非常寬敞，設施齊全。食物品質很好，早餐很棒。遊覽埃托沙公園之前或之後的寧靜避風港。

在埃托沙公園進行一次狩獵旅行之後，這個壯麗的地方實在非同尋常。環境優美，基礎建設一流。工作人員非常細心和專業，在泳池邊供應美味的晚餐，旁邊還有來到水坑喝水的羚羊。

小屋確實優雅、乾淨且維護良好。晚餐和早餐非常棒，確實具有非常“歐洲”風味，在兩週的旅遊之後，我們個人非常喜歡。 30 分鐘即可到達我們最喜歡的埃托沙地區的入口。

帶有非洲風格的別緻外觀。很棒的足浴，友好的員工和老闆。每個人都願意愉快地聊天。美麗的觀景台，俯瞰水潭，動物們來這裡喝水。漂亮的游泳池、漂亮的房間和舒適的淋浴。晚餐和葡萄酒非常美味，工作人員的歌聲也非常動聽。下次我們會住得更久。
