先説結論：不建議旅遊出行居住。
房改的是有那個風格的，但是體驗感也很差。冷天空調開了好幾個小時沒有暖的感覺，還是不如別的賓館的暖氣。
衝著茶壺來的，結果茶壺、茶杯還是沒有洗得很乾凈的，有污點的那種，自己重新洗了一遍。
投影投屏連不上，説是內存不足，也沒看成。
床頭的插座插不穩的。
一次性用品比較劣質，拖鞋穿上沒走幾步就破洞了；給了兩塊一次性面巾和一塊淋浴巾。
面盆的水龍頭出的水非常小，衹能去洗碗的那裡洗臉。
隔離的這個滑動的門關不上，關上又滑開，似乎不太平整，由於重力自己又滑開。
老舊的冰箱純作擺放用，老舊的洗衣機看起來也不是很乾凈沒敢用。
殘敗不堪的紗窗既然破了還不如整個拆掉。諸多破口很影響整體環境的美觀。
很小面積的一塊榻榻米，坐也不好坐，不知道怎麼設計的。
在南京住了三天，就是最後一天選的這個民宿非常不舒適。

房間環境整體還不錯，蠻乾淨整齊的，還有投影可以看，老闆阿姨人挺好的，離地鐵很近，交通方便，樓下有很多的小吃，旅遊來住的話挺推薦的

房間乾淨整潔，配套設施十分豐富（一次性封閉紙杯，一次性洗臉巾，洗衣機冰箱等等），房間非常寬敞，住的特別舒心。另外老闆特別熱心，我們因個人原因需要晚些時間出發，老闆又讓我們待到四點多，特別感謝！
