So süßes Personal, tolle Lage, super sauber! Einziger Mini Mini Minuspunkt: Frühstück muss man vorbestellen für nächsten Tag, kann man nicht spontan machen. Es gibt aber Cafés rundherum und das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau, weil es einfach toll toll toll ist. 😌☀️❤️ Danke an das Team, weiter so!

Θαυμάσια η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο Villa Kelly στην Νάουσα στην Πάρο , σε κομβική θέση κοντά στην θάλασσα, στην αγορά , σε βενζινάδικο κλπ Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό !!!! Θαυμάσια εξυπηρέτηση !!! Πεντακάθαρα και με λογική τιμή !!!

Super séjour de 4 nuits. L'hôtel est très bien situé à quelques minutes du centre de Naoussa qui est vraiment charmant. Personnel très serviable ! Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous recommandons à 100 % !

We gave this feedback directly to the hotel before leaving, hoping it would be taken on board - but there was no apology or attempt to rectify on the hotels part. The hotel is aesthetically lovely and well-presented, and staff were helpful in some ways - for example, carrying our luggage to and from the room and arranging taxis when asked. However, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations for €270 a night. The main issue was how staff responded when a friend staying nearby came to our room briefly before dinner. Staff pulled one of my friends aside to question why there was a third person, then called her back to inform her that if she were to come back to our room, we would need to pay an additional charge. She had only popped in for about an hour before heading out for dinner. We were told this was “hotel policy” and even that it was “against regulations,” which felt like an extreme and uncomfortable reaction to something quite normal. The next day, we were told she shouldn’t have been let in at all. Whether or not this is a rule (which isn’t made clear when booking), the way it was handled was abrupt and rude. From that point on, we felt watched and quite policed - which really affected the atmosphere of the whole stay. It made us feel uncomfortable in a space that should have felt relaxing. I gave this feedback at the time, but unfortunately, no one made any effort to apologise or make things right, and they maintained this was “hotel policy.” However, regardless of policy, their approach and the fact this rule isn’t clearly stated at the point of booking makes how they handled it wrong and unfair. Other issues included: – Quite a lot of ants in the room, including in the bed – No blackout curtains, only shutters, which we weren’t shown how to use until we asked – A broken shower head that only sprayed at the wall – On a couple of occasions, the receptionist was behind the door smoking or on her phone instead of at the desk We had just come from a hotel in Santorini where the staff genuinely went above and beyond, so the contrast here was very noticeable. Although some staff were polite and helpful in a practical sense, the overall experience didn’t feel warm or guest focused. This could have been a completely different stay with a more understanding approach and willingness to take feedback seriously. Sadly, that wasn’t the case, and we left feeling disappointed and unwelcome - not what you expect for the price. Unfortunately I would not return and would not recommend this hotel to others.

We had three families of 4 stay at Villa Kelly, the 2 suits that look onto pool in particular were amazing! Location a short amble into Naoussa town, a lovely start and end to our many trips into a hige cjoice of shops, cafes and restaurants. Villa kelly also well positioned for a short stroll to a great beach with at least three options for sun loungers beside the Kalypso Hotel. Angela our key staff member and liaison, was also amazing! She helped us with an unplanned room move and a tricky situation managing a ferry connection; we would have missed it without her help!! In short we loved it and plan to return!

This is a perfect hotel for staying in Naousa Paros. The hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool area! We arrived early and we were able to check in our room earlier than we expected which was great! It’s a short 10 min walk to the centre and has a great bakery down the road which is perfect for breakfast! The staff are all super lovely and welcoming too!

What can we say about Villa Kelly, what an incredible stay we had! Everything was perfect, the location is a perfect walking distance to the centre of Naussa. We upgraded our room to a bigger room and it was incredible! The service was unmatched, they couldn’t do more for you. Can’t recommend it enough and we will certainly be back!

Amazing stay at Villa Kelly. Angela & George were so nice and accommodating. The place is pristine, and so new and well kept. Everything about the place was great. A 3 minute walk to a dry cleaner, convenience store, bakery, and snack bar. An 8 minute walk to Naoussa town. I highly recommend this place.

Me and my husband so enjoyed our stay at Villa Kelly! It’s such a beautiful and peaceful place with lovely and thoughtful decor and spending time by the pool in the afternoons after a day of exploring was wonderful. It was also in a great location just a 5min walk from the centre of town. We will miss our amazing chocolate croissant and coffee from the bakery on the corner on our balcony everyday! Also a big thank you to Theodore and Angela at reception who were both so welcoming and kind and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Thank you so much for this incredible stay! Emily & Dean

This hotel was exactly what we needed but more then we expected. I had booked this hotel being cautious on budget whilst travelling the Greek islands, however we still wanted a nice hotel and pool, villa Kelly was beautiful and more then we imagined. Absolute perfect location with just a short easy stroll to town, a bakery/coffee shop, laundrette, mini-market, bus station and car rental. The room was clean and modern, with a mini fridge, food/drink options, hairdryer etc. it was a little on the small side but they have plenty of room options available if you needed more space! The reception space was beautiful. A huge thank you to the female receptionist (I’m so sorry your name escapes me!) you were perfect, with great recommendations. Thanks to you, we were able to fully make the most of our time and explore Paros and Antiparos to the fullest. This made our trip and we absolutely would have missed out if it wasn’t for your advice. We owe our great time on the island to you! Thank you! A very kind farewell and sweet little treat on checkout was a lovely touch!

The nicest hotel EVER!! Really stunning, wow factor from when you arrive, the pool is immaculate and a great temperature (not too cold like lots of hotels!). Rooms are really clean, white, modern and the air conditioning is really good. Fridge is so cold and great for storing water / food / wine. No breakfast but 30 second walk away is a breakfast cafe, bakery and mini supermarket so couldn’t be more convenient. 5 minute walk into the centre of Naoussa. Staff were so helpful and passionate about Paros and gave some amazing recommendations. They went above and beyond for us 😊 thank you Villa Kelly!
