納帕谷萬豪SpringHill酒店(SpringHill Suites Napa Valley)

El hotel está muy cerca de Sixflags así que hay muchos niños. Nos tocó en el piso 2 y fueron ruidos constantes en el techo. Carreras y brincos a todas horas. Creo que podrían acomodar a las familias en los pisos bajos y las parejas o clientes sin niños en el piso tres. Nosotros íbamos a los viñedos principalmente. Así que no recomiendo este hotel para ese propósito.

Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and breakfast before a full day of spending money at wineries and eateries! The hotel is located close to Napa activities as well as Sonoma. The service was friendly and hotel was clean, but could use a few upgrades.

Clean. Easy to access. Great location. Parking was easy and plentiful. Access to gas stations and freeways. Further out of the main Napa valley stretch so not super busy even when events occurred in the valley. Noisy at night as we were on the bottom floor and the floor above had noisy guests. Breakfast was nice and worked well for the day we were at the hotel for a bit. Price was a tad high in my opinion but I’d return due to the other positive notes.

Fantastic experience at SpringHill Suites Napa Valley. Convenient to downtown Napa as well as Oxbow RiverStage and Oxbow Public Market.

Stay was too short for us but it was just a one night stay and kept traveling. Liked the microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, plastic utensils, cups, available in room. Continental breakfast was very basic (coffee, juice, oatmeal, cereal, eggs, microwave sandwich, toast, banana, hot water, waffle, yogurt to name the few I saw). Clean room, the staff was pleasant quick to check in, checking out staff member was more pleasing to talk to and get receipt.

Hotel does not provide maid service until you've stayed 4 nights, We do a lot of traveling and have always been advised (even during covid) of cleaning services. 4 days is too long to go without additional towels or in room coffee. Would have chosen differently had I known this.
