Silverado Resort

Silverado Resort & Spa exceeded all my expectations. Nestled amidst the picturesque surroundings, this resort offers an exquisite blend of luxury and serenity. From the moment I arrived, the staff exuded warmth and professionalism, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. 房間沒有打掃或每天整理床鋪，可能是人手不夠，所以去前台投訴。這一天七點鐘就結束了，我在車上消磨時間。設施雖然好，但是除非每次問前台，否則都不打掃。這很遺憾，因為我想在打完高爾夫球後放鬆一下。

Es muy sencilla la habitación a me toco pero lo principal era poder jugar en ese campo de golf! Espectacular!

For this to be me and my fiancé first time visiting Napa Valley, we chose the right resort. Silverado resort was amazing. Upon arrival our first staff member we met was Carlton and he was awesome the whole time we were there. The staff in general were amazing and very accommodating. We also came at time where there wasn’t too many people as well. That was even better. The staff at The Grill and Mansion Bar were excellent. The food was great. Our suite was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the Spa wasn’t including in the resort fees , but other than that it was awesome. Napa valley had a lot to offer and we left no stone unturned. We will definitely be back.

Both my partner and I suffer with steps. However, when booking a room for our stay we were not given the option of taking a ground floor. As to the room itself, I am an engineer and my partner reads everything. Nevertheless, we froze during our stay because the instructions on the remote were obscure (no indication that the mode button needed to be depressed for an extended period until the functionality engaged.) As to Room 756 itself the toilet paper holder is not firmly affixed so the roll will not stay in place; the rod which is used to move the black out curtain detached. And the presence of myriad golf balls near, in and beyond the parking lot did not leave us with any confidence that our car would be undamaged when we returned to it the next morning. However, the facility itself is pristine and we enjoyed our stay despite these nits.
