諾斯布洛克酒店(North Block Hotel)

The hotel does not have any sort of backup power. The power went out due to the storm and all water heaters and heat is electric so we had none for over 24 hours. The hotel did not provide coffee or tea in the morning and the answer was because they had no electricity. I said you have a kitchen with a gas stove how about trying to boil water with the gas stove. Not a positive experience at all.

We booked three separate rooms for a couples birthday celebration and couldn’t have chosen a better place! Beautiful, clean, intimate rooms, a relaxing common courtyard for group conversation, and a restful pool and hot tub area. The location was perfect. Walkability to all things Yountville! The rooms were cleaned well every day and the comfy bed so perfectly made - tight and without a wrinkle. The hospitality was noteworthy. It felt as if the staff couldn’t wait to pamper us each and every day! (Casey, Christian, and Cynthia - thank you!). From endless waters and coffee at the crack of dawn, to ice and towels at the pool, to afternoon glasses of wine, to comfy quilts for sitting at the outdoor fireplace during the evening (with more wine), to a nightly turndown service that included fresh waters, towels, and local chocolates. All of this complimentary and so happily provided. We recommend this place and would not hesitate to book here again.

The room was too small and too dark. Heated floor in bathroom was nice but it had several cold spots. HVAC was challenging to use and required a flashlight to see the buttons, etc. The TV was a nightmare with two different remotes that were confusing. Only space for one person to sit in a chair. The furniture was too big for the room and not even safe - they even installed corner protectors on the bed frame. Breakfast was modest and not competitive with other $800 per night hotels in Yountville. Afternoon wine was very limited and not particularly good. The place is beautiful but we were very disappointed and will go back to our usual Yountville hotel we have been using for 20 years.

This charming hotel is located at the end of the block on a quiet but lovely street in Yountville. The hotel itself is built around a quaint courtyard that makes you feel like you are somewhere in Europe. Although the main street of Yountville is full of great restaurants, the restaurant at North Block should not be dismissed. There is good food to be eaten at the North Block restaurant as well. We used the spa during our stay, and we were very pleased with the atmosphere and the staff. In fact, the entire staff at the hotel was very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. We will definitely be returning to the North Block.

We had the most amazing time staying at North Block Hotel in Yountville. The service was incredible. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming! The rooms were extremely spacious and spotlessly clean. It’s a very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. We had the best time with our baby for my husband’s birthday! Thank you. Can’t wait to be back!!

This hotel might be the best I’ve ever been to. Treatment like the ritz, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the hot tub / pool are 24/7, and the employees go out of their way to get you anything, including water when you look hungover. Highly recommend. Carter at the front desk was great

Amazing trip! The staff was so nice! The rooms were so clean and comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and wish we could have stayed even longer. Great proximity to Napa and St. Helena areas.We will definitely stay here again!
