Perfectly located in Central Naples. Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff.

J’ai passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet hôtel. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un personnel souriant, attentif et toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et confortable.

Старый отель , в номере запах старости и сырости. На балконе железный стол и стулья неудобные. Выехали утром, сейчас вечер - до сих пор не вернули депозит 50$

Nice hotel in a very nice part of Naples.

We arrived checked in, the room smelt as we entered. I accepted that! The room was dated. The issues then started!! 1. Located someone else’s underpants and a singular sock on the floor. 2. No running water for 3 hours - consequently missed dinner. 3. Terrible customer service - receptionists response was simply “check out it you don’t like it”. Yes I would have however after consuming alcohol I was unable to drive anywhere and therefore stuck! I would expect the hotel to solve the issue such as transfer us to a sister Hilton property down the road. The hotel offered check out and refund or nothing! Fortunately Trip came to my rescue and I got a full refund in trip points. Upon check out I was offered Hilton Points! No thanks - will take the appalling service and hotel up with Hilton upon my return home!
