Wer zentral eine Unterkunft sucht, ist das BB Casamatta perfekt. Das Gebäude liegt in der Nähe der Einkaufsstrasse. Viele feine Pizzabars sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Zumal das BB Personal super freundlich ist und sehr hilfsbereit. Elena hat uns am morgen bewirtet. Das Frühstück ist klein aber fein und typisch italienisch. Uns hat es vollkommen gereicht. Ausserdem wie zuckersüss ist Elena bitte. Ihr werdet sie lieben. Francesca hat uns in der Unterkunft erwartet. Sehr freundlich. Ida ist ei fach genial. So eine wunderbare Gastgeberin ist ein Traum. Super Hilfsbereit. Hat immer alle unsere Antworten schnell beantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr originell und sauber und einfach wow.. Immer wieder🫶🏼

Der Eingang ist unscheinbar und sieht nicht nach einem Hotel aus, Da es keinen Aufzug gibt muss man das Gepäck über zwei Marmortreppen tragen. Die Zimmer sind modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück wird von Elena auf Wunsch auf einer schönen Veranda serviert. Es ist sehr gut und schmeckt auch sehr lecker, nur könnte es etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Elena ist sehr nett und hilft gerne bei allen Fragen. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Neapel und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Siamo stati con tutta la famiglia ospiti da Casematta durante le festività di Natale. Fin da subito il proprietario ci ha accolti calorosamente, sempre disponibile a darci consigli su dove mangiare bene, cosa andare a vedere e come spostarci. Inoltre ci ha servito la colazione con cornetti freschi e ci ha fornito il caffè in un thermos in modo che potessimo servirci da soli quando volevamo. Vale davvero la pena trascorrere dei giorni e godersi Napoli. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Nel cuore di Napoli, un B&B che non ti aspetti. Curatissimo nei particolari, accogliente, pulito. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza Manhattan, camera tripla con una soluzione a soppalco arredamento moderno e fatto con gusto. Il nostro referente, Luca premuroso è sempre disponibile, a qualsiasi ora per qualsiasi problema o curiosità. Colazione in una location area bar con un angolo terrazza molto raffinato e lucente. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Silenziosissimo pur essendo in via Duomo. Consiglierò ad amici, parenti. A presto Un abbraccio Carlotta

Siamo stati al B&B per un weekend e siamo rimasti piacevolmente conquistati. La struttura si trova in un Palazzo antico del 1600 a 200 metri dal Duomo di San Gennaro. Al suo interno si respira l’aria di una studiata e raffinata ristrutturazione, dove l’attenzione al dettaglio non è stata sottovalutata. La camera molto bella, spaziosa e molto pulita. La Sala Colazione con il suo romantico balconcino ti fa dimenticare di essere nel cuore delle vie rumorose di Napoli, e dove viene servita una deliziosa e abbondante colazione. Infine la Gentilezza e cordialità della Signora Ida, impagabile, come anche le altre sue collaboratrici. Complimenti davvero!! Se dovessimo ritornare a Napoli sappiamo già dove andare.

Ein ganz besonderer Ort, von den super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern mit viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet. Super sauber, tolles Frühstück auf der gemütlichen Terrasse, ideale Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

This hotel was terrible, do yourself a favor and do not book it. The facade and entrance are dirty and pretty scary, you arrive and the building looks unstable and dilapidated, full of construction waste (see pictures). The first thing the manager told us was to remove our Rolex watch “because you may get mugged”. The hotel was under construction and did not tell us. We have asthmatic children and the dust and scary building made it absolutely imposible to stay. The owner did not refund us 1600 USD we paid for 3 nights so we lost the money completely. We left within 30 minutes of arrival. They told me the construction was not in his control - I get that but communicating it to the client WAS. The answer to our pleas was “ I’m sorry you don’t like the solution”. This was a horrendous experience. I might also add that I gave this feedback via text to the Manager and he was defensive and angry - he said his reviews on Booking were very good and I was wrong. As a customer I have a right to say it is not acceptable that the Hotel did not tell us there is major construction when we are asthmatic and that the hotel is surrounded by construction and claustrophobic. Instead of listening to our pleas, the Manager was angry at the feedback I provided. We left because our 2 children are asthmatic and the air quality was terrible. There was mold on the air conditioner. It is also terrible for claustrophobics - a huge bank like door is closed, there is no fire exit, no safety whatsoever. The view out the window is a brick wall. The shared room with my children has a very short ceiling my 5’10 husband could not even stand up!! A horrible experience and of course, at 550 dollars per day, quite painful. If it was cheap maybe it would be acceptable but at 1600 USD for 3 days for 2 rooms I consider it outrageous. We fled to a beautiful hotel with sea views (at half the price!!!) and no claustrophobia and were glad to leave the dirty surroundings of BB Casamatta. Whatever they say in reply, this review is accurate and as a guest I have the right to say how awful this experience was for me and my family. By the way my Mom is 74 and she had major trouble climbing the 4 flights of stairs, it is definitely not 2!!!

we had a really great experience at this charming B&B. everything was absolutely spotless, the decoration is beautiful and cool but not intrusive, the breakfast was delicious (the cakes are to die for!), and the interior is very comfortable. the location is great, it’s at the very busy Via Duomo, at walking distance from virtually anywhere you’d want to be. and despite the bustling city outside, the room is surprisingly super quiet. what really stands out is the service. we came for an off season stay, and the staff went lengths out of their way to make our experience the most enjoyable. Naples is not the easiest city to navigate, and the staff made sure we had recommendations for the best spots to eat, the best ways to reach the places we wanted to see, what not to miss, the tourist traps to avoid… they really made us feel welcome.

Inconspicuous outside, hidden gem on the inside. This is a lovely, modern and well, thought out B&B. The host was lovely and the breakfast simple, good quality and plentiful. Comfy bed and right in the historic centre of the city. It was surprisingly quiet considering the hustle and bustle of the area. I would stay there again.

Very well located in the center of the city. Close to bars, restaurants and the tube for those who want to explore more. We stayed for 36hours and it was just perfect to get around, eat and go out. The woman handling breakfast (don’t know if she was the owner?) had such a great, positive energy that I thought I d mention it here! Haha The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Totally recommend:)

We had a great stay in BB Casamatta. The location was excellent and our room was very clean and comfortable. Our host Ida was extremely helpful giving us recommendations for restaurants. Elena looked after the rooms and prepared breakfast and she was so lovely, always checking that we were ok. The only downside is the entrance which is not very attractive and also the many stairs you have to climb. Once inside the property is lovely.

Beautifully decorated rooms and ours had a balcony. Convenient location for restaurants and to get a taxi to the airport. Helpful host who arranged a very early breakfast for us on our date of departure and also booked a taxi at a good rate for us which was very much appreciated.

Very sweet bnb in the middle of Naples. Not ideal for elderly or disabled because of the stairs and moving luggage up and down. Our host was very kind and did his best to prepare us before our arrival in our rental car (not recommended to drive to Naples interior).
