牧場皇宮酒店(Ranch Palace Hotel)

We had a fantastic stay at the ranch palace hotel, the staff were very helpful and super friendly, they made us feel welcome from the moment we got there and really did go out of their way to help us in any way they could, we cannot thank them enough for making our visit to Naples so special! The location was perfect, Just out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but at the same time not too far out. The Hotel offered a free shuttle to and from the metro station which was a great touch, they also arranged all of our taxis which was so helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the outside area with the pool was beautiful, overall a really lovely hotel. PS the food at the restaurant was very yummy too, the waiters were great and went out of their way to cater to our needs even though there was 16 of us! Thanks to all the staff at ranch palace hotel, we would definitely visit again!

Abbiamo alloggiato in una junior suite senza infamia nè gloria: arredamento logoro, odore di stantio; la ciabattine in dotazione sembravano usate e, per di più, erano appoggiate (senza alcun involucro) sui teli da bagno. La camera appariva, comunque, abbastanza pulita. Gli spazi comuni curati. Manca un ascensore per un agevole spostamento dei bagagli. Il personale gentile e professionale.

Siamo stati una sera per una pizza e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima location. Ci si sente a casa. Un ambiente pulito e moderno per trascorrere una serata in tranquillità. L’ambiente è famigliare, la gentilezza è di casa. Ottimo per trascorrere una serata con la famiglia.

Ottima esperienza presso questo hotel, il ristorante elegante allo stesso tempo accogliente. Abbiamo passato una bella giornata in piscina accompagnato da un aperitivo super abbondante. Ci siamo rilassanti molto, torneremo al più presto!

There is a reason why this hotel was cheap even at such short notice. Located quite far from Naples Center, there are no food options around the hotel unless you have a car. And the restaurants food is disappointing at best. Particularly if you are gluten intolerant. The staff barely speaks English. There is a pool, however even as a hotel guest you must pay 10 euros per person to access it, and you must wear a shower cap. The cleaners also turn the AC off so your room is cooking by the afternoon. There is also no option to put a “do not disturb” on the door so cleaners come in everyday. The bathroom light is on timer, so if you are in the shower for more than 3mn, you’ll finish in the dark! Overall, this hotel is good for one night if you are transiting through Naples, but not for a holiday stay.

The hotel manager was very accommodating. This was just an overnight stay. My only negative comment is that because of the situation of the hotel on a curving road with no sidewalk it wasn’t safe to attempt to walk anywhere.

Stanze pulite, accoglienti e grandi. Colazione ricchissima è buonissima. Personale gentilissimo . Avrebbe meritato tutte le stelle se avesse mantenuto la navetta disponibile dalle 8-22 come nel passato per raggiungere l’uscita metro dell’ospedale (compreso rientro in Hotel) . Spero in futuro che venga riattivato…..

Bella struttura, camera ampia e pulita, noi abbiamo preso una camera standard x 4, abbiamo gustato nel ristorante dell'hotel un'ottima pizza napoletana, buona anche la colazione, sia dolce che salata. Molto comodo abbiamo trovato la disponibilità della navetta che ci ha accompagnati alla metro dalla quale ci siamo spostati x visitare la città, visto che l'hotel si trova in una zona lontana dal centro della città, ma con la metro ci si arriva in una ventina di minuti.
