平託斯託雷酒店(Pinto-Storey Hotel)

Not really a hotel but rather an apartment in a period building that has been partitioned into separate rooms and repurposed as a hotel as a nice little earner for the proprietor. So what does this equate to? Well the rooms look vintage and quaint in the pictures but the walls are paper thin, the beds are the cheapest collapsed sprint mattress kind,’there is no proper bedding and and pillows only sheets, a thin blanket and scatter cushions so not sure how often these are cleaned. the shower will leak water into the room and the toilet plumbing is suspect at best requiring several additional presses to stop the flush cycle. There is only one visible power socket and ah yes…the lack of a proper 24hr reception meant I had to sleep outside on the floor on my first night. Is it clear in the terms and conditions that check-in closes at 11pm? Yes. Did I arrive an hour later and despite pleading with the owner did he make no attempt to help me despite messaging him in advance that I would be late to check in? Also yes.

Hôtel chaleureux situé au quatrième étage d'un immeuble d'habitation. Très bon accueil du personnel à l'arrivée ainsi que durant tout le séjour avec un très bon service. Les chambres sont spacieuses, dans un style ancien assez joli. Bon petit-déjeuner, servi en chambre. Nous avons également effectué une sympathique sortie au Vésuve depuis l'hôtel.

Ottima sistemazione, camera molto bella ed insonorizzata, bagno ben attrezzato, personale accogliente e premuroso, collegamenti metropolitana eccellenti per raggiungere le mete desiderate. Penso di ritornare al prossimo viaggio a Napoli.

Le service était incroyable et le personnel à l'affut des besoins. La chambre était belle, grande et propre avec une salle de bain moderne et une douche spacieuse. L'hôtel est plutôt intime avec seulement quelques chambres. Le déjeuner est excellent et peut être servi directement à la chambre. Je retournerai définitivement à cet hôtel si je retourne à Napoli.

La struttura, consigliataci da amici napoletani, è situata in una zona centrale ed elegante con vista sulla collina partenopea, impagabile per i collegamenti pubblici, metro, bus, stazione taxi e comodissima per la presenza di negozi, supermercati e bar. Dall'hotel si raggiungono facilmente il centro ed il lungomare a piedi. Il personale è delizioso e gentilissimo e hanno un tasso di risposta pressoché immediato. La stanza è molto spaziosa con un buon livello di pulizia e comfort. Ci ritornemo senz'altro al più presto.

Un piccolo hotel al quarto piano di uno storico edificio liberty. Poche camere pero' pulite e di belle dimensioni. Zona fermata Amedeo. Vicinanza ottimi ristoranti e shopping. Personale super gentile(specie il ragazzo bangladesh). Colazione solo in camera. Prezzo corretto. Cercavamo la tranquillità in una citta molto rumorosa e l'abbiamo trovata. Non adatto a chi cerca camere moderne e minimal. Letto in ferro, comodo, bagno in stile ma pulito.

I have never experienced this ANYWHERE, but someone entered our room when we were out at night ...and went into our suitcases. They even left the remote control for the air conditioning underneath some clothes in of the suit cases. Truly appalling invasion of privacy and ZERO RESPECT for the guests

The location makes this an ideal choice in Naples. You can easily get everywhere and you are steps away from shopping and first rate restaurants. The neighborhood is 100% local and genuine. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, air conditioned. The room sizes are generous with lovely views. (I had a view of Vesuvius.)

It's a beautiful old building with an amazing view from the balcony (the roofs of Naples, the Vesuvius, the island Capri, and the sea) very clean and quiet room, and a very kind staff! Very good location, you can reach by public transport everything. We would love to go back!
