木瑪雷爾旅館 20(Le Mummarelle 20)

La chambre que j’avais réservée n’est pas celle qui m’a été mise à disposition. Cela pourrait ne pas être un problème majeur si cela n’entraînait pas un changement complet d’hôtel!! J’avais réservé au Mummarrelle 76 pour être avec des amis et j’ai finalement été unilatéralement déplacée au sein de l’établissement Mummarrelle 133. Au surplus, les prestations de la chambre de substitution n’étaient pas équivalentes à celle de la chambre que j’avais réservée (et vous vous doutez bien que si je râle sur ce point c’est parce qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’un surclassement..). Lorsque je me suis plainte de la situation, le management m’a simplement répondu que j’aurais du leur raconter ma vie au moment de la réservation (ie, leur dire que nous étions un groupe) pour qu’ils évitent d’optimiser leurs chambres à nos dépend...

Very nice but going through some renovations.

Nice apartments but VERY Noisy. Walls are very thin, windows are old one (from wood and tradiitonal glass) you can hear people speaking on the street. Many bars around so loud music until 2-3 am. Make sure you know what address you book, they have a few and unless you have a very high floor it will be an unpleasant surprise. No sleep in your vacation is not good. All family woke up every night -(

Good: The room and shared area is clean, tastefully modern and has daily cleaning. Breakfasts of bread, fruit, cereals, juice are taken at a communal table. The location is very good and it’s easy (30mins) to walk to the galleries, Monumental area, Spanish Quarter and the bay. We were able to leave our cases after we checked out. Value for money. Not quite so good: The B&B is in a shared block behind a very forbidding green metal gate. I phoned ahead but the gates were locked and I couldn’t get a response. The desk is manned infrequently. When fellow guests held a noisy gathering in the communal area one night there was no one there to speak to. On arrival they photographed our passports. I’ve not encountered this before. They deleted the photos (I hope) when I questioned why. A simple form would remove any ‘need’ to do this.

communication with the hotel was bad through the ******* link, didn't get responses. Better to use the hotel email address. After arriving at Le Mummarelle 20 to check in we were told to go down the street to 76. ??? But the hotel staff helped with our bags and walked us there. The room was clean and pretty quitet for being right in the city. The bed was comfortable and room AC was welcome

Posto centralissimo, vicino piazza Plebiscito , ci siamo trovati benissimo. Unico neo il guasto al climatizzatore per una notte abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte, qualche zanzara ci ha disturbato. Per il resto tutto ok. Consiglierei queste camere ha chi ha famiglia. Pulizia impeccabile

Le camere sono in ottime condizioni, peccato che per 3 giorni causa guasto caldaia non è stato possibile avere acqua calda e facendo finta di niente non hanno ancora risposto a mail e telefonate fatte anche sul posto. Non si fa'così....

Dal 21 luglio aspetto un rimborso per un transfer organizzato dal b&b e non avvenuto Questa , sicuramente, non è serietà e non depone certo a loro favore Non tornerò mai più presso questa struttura Ciao

La struttura si trova in uno storico palazzo della Zona centrale di Napoli (4 piano) Struttura nuovissima e dal design minimal molto curato! Bagno spazioso e doccia ampia! Accoglienza cordiale e check-in molto veloce! Pro: Tutto quanto sopra Letto comodo Struttura silenziosa Centralissimo Vista mare laterale Contro: Stanza con condizionatore molto rumoroso La colazione finisce troppo presto (9:30) Reception su richiesta. Comunque un punto di riferimento per il soggiorno a Napoli! Ci tornerei
