I stayed at Jaqanaz Resort two days ago and had a truly enjoyable experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I’m especially excited to return now that they’re heating the pool,it’ll be a great addition to an already relaxing environment. I'm also looking forward to the upcoming bootcamp, which sounds like an exciting new offering. Overall, this resort offers great service, a peaceful atmosphere, and exciting plans ahead. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. The staff are very courteous, prompt, and respectful. I love the ambience and the archectural uniqueness of the restaurant plus the food the food. Fast internet. Definitely would recommend and will come back again.

felt more like a home than a resort, was there on Wednesday to have lunch with a few friends the experience was just amazing. and the warm welcome from the receptionist with the long hair, she was Loise or Lucy don't quite remember. but she made us feel more welcome and looking forward to visiting the place again. that receptionist was just lovely I have never been welcomed in such an amazing way before

I booked my client at Jacanaz resort on before and after a Mt kenya climb on 25th August and on 29th. The rooms are clean and well maintained,staffs are very friendly. Lucy the receptionist welcomed us with a very big smile.I highly recommend Lucy.

Had a great stay at this resort! The staff were super friendly, the food was good, and the overall experience was really enjoyable. The highlight for me was the boot camp especially the high ropes. It was challenging but doable, and finishing it felt amazing. I also loved how focused the staff were on safety, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a memorable stay!

Jaqanaz Resort is an amazing place. The staff’s unity and enthusiasm was top notch. Very helpful and kind to guests. You did us well and we shall be back The activities are also a great opportunity for one to rest their strength. The team there is also very helpful and safety is key,

Location is super easy to find and close to naromoru town. Beautiful scenery, warm friendly staff from the reception. My waitress Susan was incredibly helpful in meal choices. The pool is heated, a plus within this mountain area. Lifeguard Josphat was really good with kids and kind to beginners in swimming. The food was sumptuous. The additional activities like the obstacle course is very good. The zip line was a favourite for many. The washrooms are clean though an occasional cleaning is needed as the day progresses and especially drying the changing rooms floor. Loved the coffee!
