"我在Mara Frontier的住宿,可惜令人失望,在寒冷的季節,房間的熱水不起作用,使體驗相當不舒服。儘管跟進接待,反應和支持沒有幫助,問題仍未解決。考慮到支付的費用,我預計基本設施,如可靠的熱水,將得到保證。不幸的是,基本的接待標準沒有達到。我希望管理層優先考慮基本的賓客服務和基本的質量控制,以防止未來遊客的類似體驗。"

"The hotel is located In narok town not far away from the main road.i stayed in their apartment which had four rooms,and a common area which had a TV.They have strong WiFi that is accessible through out the hotel.the rooms have hot showers and are very clean The apartment was 20000kshs and they have other categories of rooms which are very affordable.Their food is good and fresh.i slept there as I was going to masaai mara.i would recommend the place as it is in town next to big shopping areas like supermarkets. I have few photos because most are in form of videos"
