Club Mahindra Hatgad is a busy resort nestled in a quiet town, offering a magnificent view of the Fort at the backdrop. The Happy Hub is bustling and full of energy! A huge positive: the staff is amazing. It's clear the Resort Manager and his team are doing their best to make everyone happy. The service is truly excellent, even the dedicated parking team managing the limited parking. The food is good, making for a pleasant stay overall. In Short: A lively spot with wonderful staff and scenic views. Be prepared for limited parking, but enjoy the top-notch hospitality!

Even though, it's a small property and lack of amenities, it's well maintained, neat and clean. Very courteous and understanding staff. Always available on call. The most memorable moments of the stay was the cuisine. Variety of choices, authentic and palatable. Mr. Indrajit was so good and his hospitality was priceless.

The Happy Hub Experience is truly awesome, Tried bottle painting and really enjoyed the activity. Mr Jagdish Sir and Mr Deepak sir were really helpful and the activity was really cool and fun loving.... Kudos to the Happy Hub...

Overall good but food pricing is very high & reasonably good eating joints are 10 kms away from Resort.

The location of the resort is absolutely amazing. Service and hospitality at the restaurant was mind- blowing especially from Sagar pithe, Mohan and laxman. Bartender Indrajit was awesome, great cocktails served by him. The food was very nice, the following chefs very so friendly and their special preparations were just outstanding, Satveer Rana, Anoop, Aakash, Rajveer, Alook and Rajendra Singh. Guys at the reception were very helpful and friendly, always ready to help with a smiling face. Service from Rajnikant, Satish, Sandeep, Abhishek is on next level. Anyone visiting here should meet these guys.

A Hidden Gem at Hatgadh – Cozy, Relaxing & Heartfelt Hospitality Had a wonderful stay at this charming little property in Hatgadh. Though it’s a small resort, the cozy vibe, peaceful ambiance, and personalized service made it feel like a true escape. A big shoutout to the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. Komal at the reception was extremely polite and helpful right from check-in. Laxman from the restaurant team ensured we were well taken care of—his attention to detail and warmth truly stood out. One of the most special highlights was having dinner in the open—under the stars, with cool breeze and great food. Such a simple yet magical experience! And I can’t recommend the spa enough! Pinky and the male therapist (wish I remembered his name!) gave me the best spa experience I’ve ever had—professional, relaxing, and absolutely rejuvenating. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with genuine hospitality, don’t think twice. Highly recommend

Construction is very old, room conditions is average, all amenities are not god condition. Bathroom accessories are old and not working properly. Parking is overloaded . Restaurant staff are friendly.

It was our first experience with Club Mahindra. The property is good and well maintained. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is 7 kms from Saputara which is a decent place to visit. The staff is very helpful and caring and take care of your smallest needs. The food is delicious and well prepared. The only challenge is the restaurant staff pestering you to opt for the buffet package as soon as you check in with out giving you even some time to freshen up. Later I realised that there is also a menu card available for room service and the rates are much lower than the buffet rates. I feel this was one negative against the resort.

Front desk is efficient. Porter service is too good. Housekeeping is very good. Room is clean and comfortable. Food quality is good. Mithilesh ji the front desk manager goes beyond our expectations to make our stay happy and He is fulfill our needy things to provide the best memorable moments.

Excellent place with cozy rooms, excellent food that can beat most five-star hotels, play area for children with indoor and outdoor games, safe and serene place for holiday with visit to Strawberry farm is add-on. Ever smiling staff and dedicated souls like Laxman

The staffs are very polite and friendly.The games are very interesting while all of the members helped me a lot .the location is well chosen and the nature is very invigorating. The person name Souray with whom I played table tennis for a while was very good .
