Very sp****ly appointed. Smoking smell. It was ok for quick couple of nights.

Nous avons demandés une chambre au premier cars on avaient un quadriporteur pour une des personnes. Il nous on dit quil en avait pas. Ok mais pouvez vous le mettre dans le lobby la nuit pour le charger? Non transportez le au deuxieme ou bien allez au Dunkin Donut pour le charger. On cest fait remboursé et on est parti dans une autre chain .

The staff treat you like they’re giving you charity instead of as a paying customer. In most hotels staff are eager to accommodate the needs of their guests. In this location asking for anything like towels or to have your room cleaned or giving them any sort of complaint will just get you put on the banned guest list.

Chambre qui sent pas bonne, odeur de moisissure, d'humidité. Chambre malpropre, piscine fermée, bruit durant presque toute la nuit.

When my family and I stayed it was due to unforeseen circumstances and we were treated fairly and with understanding. The staff ae Friendly, an helpful.

No hot water, and water coming up through the floor in the bathroom, room smelt horrible like cigarette smoke

First room the door would not open. They gave me a new room which had bugs in the toilet and bugs on the counter. On the first pillow on the bed was several long hair strands. The room also smelled like **** was previously smoked in there or a room near by was smoking. The bed had a broken spring or something because i haerd it wvery time i .oved. let alone the bed being extremely uncomfortable no good sleep. When i told my family i was seeing where i was staying they all (6 of them) suggested i leave to find a safer place. I stayed just to get it over with.

Front desk help was extremely professional and friendly, room was quiet and clean.
