納舒厄喜來登酒店(Sheraton Nashua)

We stayed for 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned or bed made even once, not even fresh towels. Food options were limited, poor quality and very overpriced. Luckily there were many good food options nearby. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

We arrived for a four night stay completely exhausted and burnt out from travel. It became immediately clear the room had not been properly cleaned. There was popcorn on the floor by one of the bed, curly fries under the bench and the bathroom vent was black with dirt and/or mold. The sheets appeared clean so we went to bed but reported the issues to the front desk night audit man as we had to leave at 5am the next morning. He was horrified when I showed him the pictures of the room. Long story short- each day we reported the issue and we never got any cleaning all week. Not even the garbage taken out. The night audit man felt so bad for us. They were having severe staffing issues. They only had one man working the bar/restaurant- the front desk was constantly overwhelmed and no cleaning staff. Not exactly what I expected when I paid over $1,000

While the staff seemed concerned, they clearly do not have the right tools or the right management in place as my room was not Service the entire time I was there for three days they didn’t have enough towels. They were limited on how they could help. It was an awful experience.

Overall, the stay was fine but there were a few things that made it not great. The first thing I noticed after checking in was that there was NO available water to drink. No water bottle filling stations, no water fountains, no fruit infused water, NOTHING. I cannot remember a time when I didn't have access to water other than the tap or to purchase. Also, there was NO hot water when I showered! Only cold. The response was that it is an old building. No tissues in the bathroom either. There was no continental breakfast offered; it was only offered to Platinum members. The ladies working the breakfast area seemed short and overwhelmed. I asked for water with my breakfast and never received.

We were put in a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the pool ( we have children that should have been obvious) there was no hair dryer in the room as advertised, complimentary body wash and conditioner were empty, Hot tub only big enough for 4 people, and no children under 16 allowed in hot tub ( that should be stated online) online advertised free breakfast on certain dates ( we stayed within these dates) was told upon check in that it was in fine print and that for the free breakfast you had to book your room under a " package". Why would you need to book a room as a package if the breakfast is FREE ??? Property was very clean as well as our room, Lady at front desk was amazing and very helpful on the night shift. The man that worked the desk in the morning was not very friendly.

The music playing outside by the entrance was played way past our bedtime and could be heard in our room, which ******. Especially because it was a club mix of Maroon 5's Sugar and similar...

Great stay!! Nice room. For all the people at the hotel it was very quiet which was amazing. The only two things that were just ok were the pillows and the crowded indoor pool. Everything else was wonderful! Would go back

After staying here multiple times, I’ve concluded that it’s just not worth it. Staff are inattentive, but only when they’re there. I’ve never actually found the kitchen open for business. Housekeeping is a major concern. Last time I got shocked by an open live wire in the room. More than one visit I’ve found toiletries from prior guests: pills, hairpins, fake nails, etc. every time I bring stuff like that to management, I get an “oops, sorry!” I think I’m done. Especially at the price.
