Todo me pareció muy bien.

I’ve stayed at other hotels from this chain but this one disappointed byg time. I don’t know what it os a out certain cleaning crews and hotel managers that accept those cleaning solutions that have an overwhelming smell. This one was one of them. And people’s pets soiling the elevator wasn’t cool.

Pros: Great accommodations. Staff is very friendly and willing to assist. Rooms are large with extended stay appliances. Refrigerator, microwave, 2 stovetop burners. Spacious bathroom. Compare to similar price-wise is for short term is best close to airport. Cons: Interstate noise, airport traffic, and homeless are in the area.

The elevator smells. I checked in and went to bed. An extremely loud piercing alarm in my room went off and it took the worker 15 minutes to turn it off. Then at 5:45 am it went off again, waking me up and I had to call again. It took another 15 minutes to turn it off so I could get to sleep. The checkin process took 20 minutes as the front desk was vacant. Plus when I tried to check out at 8:00 am (after my 4 hours of sleep) again no one was there. Poor, poor, poor.

It was restful and the weather and amenities were very good. We enjoyed our stay and would again. We liked the full fridge and the top range.

After finding a roach in the bathroom I looked at the floor there was hair on the floor so obviously the floor hadnt been clean! Then the fire alarm goes off unexpectedly at 12:30 in the morning, my brother was scheduled for surgery at 6:30 that morning so of course there was no sleeping! Bed coverings were not clean either!! Lets just say i was very disappointed and i will not be back!

Since I was in the same room with my girlfriend, she knocked on the door 3 times and tried to get in even though we were making noise. This is not nice at all.

The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and kind. The room was fine for us as we only needed a place for less than 12 hours. Bed comfortable, tv, fridg, great shower. Just no complaints.

Hotel won't provide breakfast No front desk available during night or at the time of check out No cleanliness - we took 2 rooms and they both have shower issue... We couldn't bath They don't provide tea/coffee pot in rooms - no water was provided Towels and bedsheets were uncleaned...all females hairs found in the towels

Very bad experience . Rooms were not clean and said free wifi but had to buy also no toilet papers

The guy at check in at 7 pm on a tue. Was not pleasant. I said hello, cause there was no one visible. He said just a minute in an unkind tone. Waited five min before he showed up. No smile, no hi how are you. There was a guy ahead of me, he got tired of waiting and walked out. Getting into hotel from lobby, the key card took five tries before the door would open. Kinda noisy but guess that's typical.

Was charged twice,the place was loud, smelled awful. When I went out to the car the next morning our window was was busted out along with 8 other cars. This place is a nightmare. I will never even consider staying there again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Really no frills. Booking info should emphasize that this is an EXTENDED-STAY facility, not a hotel. Services are very limited, with no one at the front desk overnight. Even cookware and dishes must be purchased (on-site or elsewhere), and there’s nothing nearby if you don’t have a car. It’s half a mile down a dark, windy road with nothing but businesses…all industrial and closed at night. Several guests were very loud, up all night, and looked a bit “sketchy”. My floor was sticky, even after I had one of the housekeepers damp mop it, and the desk was a simple table with a basic “guest” chair (doesn’t roll or adjust in any way). Finally, twice during the week my key failed to open the door from the lobby to guest rooms. The first time it worked after another guest used the door from inside, the 2nd when maintenance arrived and used their key. Had it been the EXTERIOR door, I’d have been stuck outside for 15 minutes or more until the guy showed up. Very economical if you know what you’re getting, and pet friendly if you need that feature. But once you book for a week, it’s hard to cancel or cut the stay short, so the info on the site should really make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It’s renting a cheap studio apartment by the week.

Bath tub was stopped up. Walls are thin.. Couple next door was arguing throughout the night. Bug in the kitchen
