The hotel was nice and location was convenient. Once we checked out we were hit with over $300 of fees. We didn’t get room service, use the phone, order any movies, so the bill was quite a shock. The only thing we knew would be an additional fee would be parking but even that wasn’t what was stated on the website. Pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and the fees left sneaky.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff. The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night. (We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

Excelente ubicación

We were unaware that unless you wanted to carry luggage for half a mile or more to park, valet was only option and cost was ungodly and tips and fees was enough for another nights stay. Destination fee that was $45 for 2 bottles water a night and ******* had made me aware that I had Silver extras for stay and was not recognized at the property.

Very nice room. Like the older carrier. HVAC could have been better but it was hot Thursday and I understand it is an older building.

The staff AAAAA++++ super nice and friendly and extremely helpful!!! Room was small but very clean. If you’re looking for a pool this isn’t your place . The pool is small and open to the public, which isn’t something we knew going in.
