What an awesome experience that my wife and had this weekend celebrating my 50th birthday! The staff were dynamic and very friendly. The food at the hotel was super and we enjoyed the inaugural grand opening of the restaurant. It was a dynamic time my wife and I had. We stayed in one of the suites and it was very clean, romantic and close proximity to everything in The Gulch area. We were able to walk to most places we needed to get to in minutes. We definitely will be back it was very laid back and relaxing. We definitely will be back! Lonnie W

I had a fantastic stay at Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown during the recent snowstorm. With much of Nashville without power, the staff truly went above and beyond. A special thank you to Joe, the Front Desk Manager, who handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. The entire front desk team was exceptional — easily the best I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located. The space feels elevated without being pretentious. B at the front desk is beyond amazing. She is very professional, yet warm & welcoming! Whether you’re visiting Nashville for music, business, or a weekend getaway, Canopy Downtown is an excellent choice.

Overall, Canopy Nashville is absolutely worth visiting. Whether you’re staying overnight, meeting for drinks, or dining at Silo, the experience reflects a high standard across the board. This property is a true standout and a must-see in Nashville.

I was one of many people who lost power after a snowstorm and needed a place to stay that was close to work. The staff were extremely kind. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to make sure each person got their undivided attention and didn’t rush us along. Guarav was especially helpful and patient with me. The lobby was crowded, but the hallways were quiet and the room was peaceful. It was the most relaxing shower I’ve had in a while! It was always hot, the shower is spacious, and I loved the shower head. The bed was magnificent too. I don’t get to travel often, but this Canopy has set the standard of what to expect when I do. The people and the room brought great comfort at a very stressful time.

Jake, Gergis and team were great in supporting our meeting needs, while the hotel was a great feel for our group to relax and enjoy Nashville in between. The hotel offers a nice change and addition of lux that shows Hilton knows their guests! Great location and staff that made this hotel stand out!
