The hotel was incredible!!!! The view we had was perfect and the gentleman who checked us in was great to work with! We will def be coming back soon!

Lucky my employer is paying - not nearly worth the cost. Hard to get associates on the phone, charged for internet and asked about since I had just joined Bonvoy and was put on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up. Then charged $1,179.45 for what should have been a $1,030.83 bill (after asking about $9.95 for internet a second time, having to find my number, then calling back with no one answering, so had to do in person. Taken off I was told. Then why the extra $150 - necessitates ANOTHER call from home. Is $424.00 room rate not enough? Even a Candlewood Suites I used to stay at for business would keep coffee and tea out, and their breakfast was just as good if not better (and free internet). Wanted a sandwich at Stomping Grounds, but closed at 5:00 so had to have a $32.00 (with tax and tip) chicken caesar salad and $8.00 Pepsi at Cumberland or go out in the rain or pay for an Uber. The hotel was very clean up scale, within walking distance of many attractions, friendly staff but the noise was terrible. Trains, planes, sirens, boom boom music, I spent two nights and did not sleep either night. I dont think I will stay here again.

Everything about this hotel is lovely. FYI: We parked down 1/2 block at a public parking garage to save about $10/night. My husband and daughter said the coffee from the shop downstairs was great. It is probably about a 10 minutes walk to dining options and Broadway.

We were blown away of the layout of our room, especially the bathroom, it was gorgeous! We also enjoyed the spa but wished there were more spa amenities such as saunas, hot tubs etc.

It was a wonderful hotel with plenty of amenities everything was great and customer service was excellent. Great area around plenty of things to do in the area.

From the moment we pulled up to the front, the valet staff was so on the ball. As we entered the lobby, it smelled so refreshing and the woman checking me in was so wonderful and nice.

We had the best time! Amazing staff, hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Great bar and restaurant. Enjoyed the rooftop pool!

Use valet parking and save yourself time, pricey but safe and convenient to downtown, restaurant is absolutely fantastic, make a reservation at the restaurant early.
