納什維爾機場索尼斯塔精選套房酒店(Sonesta Select Nashville Airport Suites)

I visited at the beginning of February, but it still shows up as a reservation complete and I haven't received a tripcoin. Please process it as a checkout complete.

THE HEAT UNIT IN THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY LOUD UNABLE TO SLEEP

Rooms were clean. Great service.

Check in was easy. Friendly staff. Very clean with comfortable beds. I am disabled and had asked for a room close to the elevator in my initial reservation. When I checked in I asked again for the room close to elevator and was assured that my room was by the elevator. It was all the way to the end of the hall. I was not happy about that, but overall, it was an Excellent Hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel makes no effort to clean the rooms and leaves it up to you to chase down maids. No bath tub. Heater works poorly .

Room was clean and welcoming- the shower water was lukewarm and not much pressure at all. Shuttle service was excellent and very courteous. Front desk person seemed very distracted. No eye contact, short limited responses. Close to airport but dining options were pretzels or candy. Water, soda Gatorade. Not much within walking distance and door dash and Uber eats not delivering due to snow.

Ms. Natisha Brooks - she was the friendliest and most helpful staff member there! We would stay again, just knowing she works there.

I cannot understand how or why so many people have rated this hotel as 10/10. My room was dirty, but because it was 2am and I was exhausted I wiped down the table covered in sticky food and the night stand with a towel. The bathroom around the toilet was not mopped either. The sheets were clean but the bedding old and shabby, the room was updated but in poor repair. Breakfast selection was terrible. I’ve never stayed in a Sonesta, but never will again. I did appreciate that the front desk clerk was nice, bed comfortable and it was very quiet.

We have two adults and three teens. There was plenty of room to sleep, including a couch, for our very picky teenagers. The offer of providing sheets and extra pillow was very appreciated. The staff was excellent, bed was comfortable and seemed like all new bedding. Close to the airport for a 5:15 am flight. We only have good things to say. Thank you!
