赫米蒂奇酒店(The Hermitage Hotel)

To whom it may concern, I recently stayed 2 nights at your Nashville location, Saturday September 23-September 25. My experience with the bathtub ( sincerely main and only reason i booked this hotel as bathtubs are hard to find. The second night trying to take a bath the water was yellow. I didn't realize it until it was filled up. I thought perhaps something was in the tub causing the discoloration. I rinsed the tub and washed it down and refilled watching it come out this time and it was coming out yellow from the faucet. I brought this to the attention of the manager at the hotel and was comped parking. I was already promised complimentary parking from the ********** agent by the name of Anne. I would like a refund of 1 night and feel this is fair considering the circumstances. I have been ill since returning and can provide medical bills to be reimbursed if this is not going to be addressed. The manger at the hotel advised me to contact him and I have now 2 x and have been ignored. I look forward to hearing back to address this matter prior to escalating things further. Thank you,

Staying at the Hermitage is a must do if visiting Nashville. It is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. There is so much history behind it and not to mention in a great location. Staff was friendly and personable and went above and beyond to make you feel at home. Great stay!

I have stayed in Nashville for 15 years and this was our first stay at the Hermitage. I promise this will be our go to Hotel for all future visits The check in person and all the staff were so over the top great they made our stay so Perfect

One word FANTASTIC! Service was incredible!! Front desk friendly and helpful. Concierge Kim was one of a kind!! Whole experience was wonderful! Celebrating my wife’s birthday and I wanted a dozen roses in the room upon our arrival. Beautiful roses were in the room! First class hotel!

We were just blown away by the service at the Hermitage. Every employee we came into contact with greeted us, and sincerely wanted to know if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. You are either hiring only the top of the line people, or your training is exceptional. Maybe it’s both. Whatever you are doing, it’s working. We were truly sorry that we could not stay longer. We will be back to stay when we visit Nashville again. Everything about our stay was 5 star plus. Thank you!

The Hermitage is a beautiful historic hotel. Our room was comfortablea and the ammenties are wonderful The staff was very welcoming to us and our one year old daughter. The crib and mattress for her were very comforatble. The dinning options are amazing!

The Hermitage exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful property. The pink hermit was a really nice treat too. We did not experience their onsite restaurant. However, if it’s like their other amenities I would expect it to be wonderful as well.

What a gorgeous hotel. Our dinner at the Hermitage was absolutely outstanding. Staff were helpful and courteous. I won’t stay anywhere else in Nashville when I visit in the future.

Outstanding! Gorgeous, upscale hotel property within a well-kept historical building. Stunning interior lobby. Cozy and comfortable at the same time lush. Our room was comfortable with all the amenities and room service was excellent.
