I recently stayed 2 nights at your Nashville location, Saturday September 23-September 25. My experience with the bathtub ( sincerely main and only reason i booked this hotel as bathtubs are hard to find. The second night trying to take a bath the water was yellow. I didn't realize it until it was filled up. I thought perhaps something was in the tub causing the discoloration. I rinsed the tub and washed it down and refilled watching it come out this time and it was coming out yellow from the faucet. I brought this to the attention of the manager at the hotel and was comped parking. I was already promised complimentary parking from the ********** agent by the name of Anne. I would like a refund of 1 night and feel this is fair considering the circumstances. I have been ill since returning and can provide medical bills to be reimbursed if this is not going to be addressed. The manger at the hotel advised me to contact him and I have now 2 x and have been ignored. I look forward to hearing back to address this matter prior to escalating things further.
