The desk clerk gave me 2 key cards one worked on the gate the other didn’t got to the room she told me was mine and neither key worked she keyed me more cards got back to the room they key worked but there was a man standing in the room in boxers and tried to get me to come in. I went directly back to the lobby and requested a refund. Mistakes happen but the man made me feel so uncomfortable I wanted to get as far away from that hotel as I could. Still waiting on the results of the refund

Merita una stella in più! Personale dolcissimo e professionale a ogni ora e in ogni reparto. Bella piscina pulita aperta fino a tardi. Le camere graziose pulite e con tutto il necessario. Letto enorme e comodo. Ci hanno anche fatto scegliere il piano e fatto fare un free late check-out un ora dopo per usufruire della piscina al mattino. Ha pure una grande palestra e colazione gratuita dove puoi farti i waffle freschi. Fatevi dare la loro cheat list di posti da visitare a Nashville , é troppo carina. Lavoro in una catena di hotel e vi assicuro che non ha niente da invidiare a posti ben più famosi. Bravissimi !

Don’t stay. Dirty on outside. Room is clean inside but toilet doesn’t work. Hard to get towels & toiletries. Best to stay in Music Valley area. Better motels & hotels and more to do and eat in the area

What an excellent budget hotel find this was. Set off on a quieter side street, yet close to the interstate lies this hidden gem. You can tell immediately that it has seen recent updates from the painted exterior, a modern office lobby and dining area when you check in. At the time of our visit they were putting on a new roof, but work started mid morning and ended late afternoon, never a bother during our stay. Our room was spotless and modern with all the conveniences we needed, quiet and super comfortable beds. The pool area looked new and was tempting, but the weather was a little cool. So many of these lower priced hotels say they offer a free 'breakfast' and as they say, you get what you pay for. Well, you didn't pay for breakfast so you don't get much of anything other than coffee and maybe yogurt. This hotel goes above the norm. Breakfast sausage and eggs, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurts, fresh fruit, make your own waffles, cereals, etc. It was perfect for us before we went out to sightsee. I believe the night manager, a very friendly gentleman, hustled around the breakfast area making sure everything was stocked, hot and clean. Then he asked if I had the tips sheet from the front desk. He compiled a list of all the things to do and places to dine in the area and talked about each with personal recommendations. We used his list and it was perfect. Concierge service well appreciated. I read some of the other reviews and don't understand how our experience was so much better than some of the others, but it was. I would stay here again, no doubt about it.

PLEASE BEWARE when booking at this Red Lion in Nashville! We booked a queen suite for our family of five for a fun, 3 day weekend in Nashville. Unfortunately the room we checked into was NOT like the room we booked. There was no kitchenette or pull out sofa bed as shown in pics. Aside of that, this is an OLD hotel that has been poorly remodeled. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly since the hinge was broken. The front desk ladies were very kind when I approached them with my questions about the room. She explained they don’t have rooms like the one shown in the pics that I booked. We decided to stay the night but then cancelled the remainder of our stay the next morning. I offered to pay a cancellation fee if needed but they said that wasn’t necessary. I asked to speak to the manager but he wasn’t there. They reassured me that they would only charge my card for ONE night. When we got home, I discovered they charged me the full amount for 3 nights totaling over almost $700. I immediately called Red Lion and left a message for the manager to call me to clarify the situation and get a refund. No one called me back. I continued to call and leave messages almost every day for several weeks - he finally blocked my number. So I emailed and finally got a response. He insisted that I should’ve asked for a different room and refused to refund any charges - even tho we only stayed one night. This was several months ago and I still have not had any resolution. Do not stay here - find somewhere else to stay.

Awesome! Rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed a king size bed, large shower and even the refrigerator works perfectly. In addition, the location was amazing. 13min drive to Broadway and 6min drive to the Opry Mills mall. Extremely convenient One last thing: I forgot my wallet at the room full with money and credit cards. Angel the general manager, was efficient and nice. I got my wallet back with all of its content!! Thank you Red Lion, we will be back! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay right in the middle of everything one of the best bed we have every slept in room were large 138 came with two Queen beds plus a livin room with the second TV thanks for the lady with short brown hair for lookin after us job well done thanks we will be back

The room was very clean and spacious. Reasonable price with lots of space and a decent breakfast in the morning. Front desk guy was sweet and welcoming! Everything was new and remodeled and looked great. Would definitely stay again. Has a pool and hot tub!

Great service great staff and great rooms! Here on vacation from California and we loved it here at red lion! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay outside of downtown! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel complementary breakfast!

Arrived an hour ago but wanted to write a review before it gets forgotten. We have been travelling around the US for a couple of weeks now. This hotel has greeted us with the warmest genuine welcome. Angel on reception was top tier and was extremely informative with lots of recommendations. Rooms are nice and clean! Looking forward to breakfast. Thanks again to Angel! Superstar

I would definitely stay here again. Good location to every thing. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool nice and big. Also, free breakfast, can’t beat that. To top it all off, the staff was great, especially Sarah and Edith at the front desk, so kind and helpful.

My wife and I reserved the Red Lion Inn for one night in June. As a result of a medical emergency, we needed to reschedule. When we called the booking agent, they said no problem, the situation is understandable, the manager would be in touch to reschedule. Afterward we discovered that they simply took all of our money and stonewalled. When I contacted the manager, Angel Reyna, he said that the booking agent wouldn't allow it, but the booking agent said otherwise. Then Mr. Reyna said he was going to get his "senior pastor" involved (how bizarre). Even if the facility is renovated, if you can't trust the management to be honest and professional, this is no place to be making reservations. Buyer beware. If you get scammed at this place, you have been warned.

This 3-story motel is seconds off of the interstate. There is a major renovation taking place at the site. It did not affect us whatsoever. We stayed in a newly remodeled room. It was very quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room to move around inside. Electric outlets were numerous. Room was clean. Air/heat worked perfectly. Pool is big and was busy with families swimming. Breakfast was available. Staff was visible, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely use this motel on a future visit.

We just got this hotel because we were going to a concert and needed close to the venue but with a reasonable price. The room looked modern and was cute. Also room was clean, however I would not return or recommend until they get some things fixed. The air is set at a temperature of 74 and no matter what you actually turned it down to, the temperature stayed 74. It was unpleasant sleeping in a room where it’s so hot and also there are no curtains, so you get the sun shining in bright and early. These are things that can be corrected but as for me, I would not recommend.
