Front desk was friendly and very accommodating. The cleanliness of the facility was up to par also. Will definitely go back.

Hotel itself is totally fine. Everything was clean, seemed new, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. However the train tracks are directly behind the hotel and trains can be heard all night long coming by. Lots of homeless/sketchy people walking around the parking lot and surrounding areas at night.

Great breakfast. Air in room would not work properly. Phone cords to the front deas were unplugged and main line clip was busted. When we got the phone working, we called the front desk to report the air not working properly, the staff member was rude. It was a hot, sleepless night. I asked for a call back from management but didn't receive one

My family stayed here on 3/17 on our way to a vacation. Our vehicle was broken into, along with 4 others. Only our vehicle had personal property stolen. I am out over $1,500 in deductibles and loss in personal property. Manager offered a light apology and said unfortunately this has happened a lot lately. That would have been nice to know upon arrival. So now we sit here trying to figure out insurance and police reports while we should be enjoying ourselves on vacation. Kids are now worried about the vehicle being broken into at every place we stop. Was told our room would be credited but still haven’t received the credit. Thanks a lot Nashville. Who is going to pay for our losses? Hotel didn’t seem to care about the event or the strain it puts on the kids. If they were aware of this being an ongoing issue, every customer should be made aware of this.

Friendly, helpful staff. Every time we entered there hotel, first thing we smelled was cleanliness. No stale, musty or pretty odors, always smelled like itt was just cleaned. Breakfast was very good and had something for everyone. I would recommend this hotel

When we got there to check in everything smelled so clean and had a nice smell. The suite was spacious and very clean. It also smelled really good. Breakfast was ok, but that’s because I’m not a big breakfast fan. The staff kept it fully stocked and clean.
