納什維爾索瑪特爾機場酒店(Somatel Nashville Airport)

We were at this hotel less than an hour. The room was disgusting, everything was falling apart. They had a glow stick as a light in the bathroom because the actual light was broken. There were cockroaches everywhere. We had the room booked for 3 nights and they are still refusing to refund us even though we didn’t stay there because of the conditions. ******* isn’t helping us either, they keep brushing us off. This was the worst hotel experience of my life.

Booked this hotel because it stated that there would be a continental breakfast. There wasn't. Doors were locked and I got dirty looks like I was crazy. My door didnt shut all the way and my neighbor smoked in the hallway so it came in my room. (Requested a non smoking room)

A real GETTO Hard***** ******* Alcoholics Unbelievable that this called itself a hotel place is condemned

I didn’t expect to drive up and have to access my room key from a window outside the building, no lobby, very sketchy and scary!

Its always great rverytime i stay here. The office staff are so nice to me. They work with me if i ask them to. Overall its a nice hotel. Its an old building its gonna have its flaws and thats ok because it shows character and history
