I chose this hotel when dropping off my son at vanderbilt because of the location and the idea that we would have a semi separate sleeping arrangement vs. a traditional hotel. However, the bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom making it awkward. Also the rooms are divided by a metal barn door which is never private and this one was loud (think slamming metal gate.) The beds are very uncomfortable and there are no curtains so it was never dark inside. The noise, though, was by far the worst thing. Not only could you hear all the traffic like you were sleeping outside, the acoustics were very strange. Every car passing created a weird whine against the windows. I've lived in highrises facing lake shore drive in Chicago and never heard traffic like this. For the money, especially the outrageous price of parking, I would expect to sleep! It was truly a terrible experience that I will never repeat. The place is beautiful, if all I needed was to host a get together it would have been great, but don't expect to rest at all.

It was quiet and an easy walk to many places. The internet wasn’t great but we made it work. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as we stayed for a week. It was a perfect place to call home while in Nashville.

Our stay couldn't have been any better! The staff were so friendly, the studio was spotless and spacious. The only downside is that it's just a bit of a walk from Broadway, but nothing that can't be done. This is actually the old Federal Reserve which has been converted to rental units. Very cool! I would 100% recommend.

Location is perfect! Walkable to many sites downtown . It was extremely confusing to first get into parking- need better instructions and readable keypad. Cement floors made the room cold and the tub in the bathroom was downright dangerous. Spacious but need more storage units and counter space.

Great location for a concert at the Ryman w/uber readily available. Historic building with all the amenities for fun today! Safe!

Nothing major because you don't go out of town to just sit in the room and watch TV, but it wouldn't keep working properly was having difficulties with Netflix I believe

15 minute walk to the heart of Nashville (Broadway and 5th) Amenities in room were great, including washer and dryer! Separate bedroom and living room area. Staff were more than helpful.

We loved the uniqueness of this place. We love finding places like this….that are affordable. Even with the $40 parking this place was a very good price range for we got. The one bedroom we stayed in was very spacious and clean. Two draw backs for us, the bed is very low to the floor which we are not used to and the huge tub/shower was extremely difficult for a person of 5ft to step in and out of. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family and hope to return in the future.

There literally was a vault in my room! So cool The rooms are large, contemporary, and near everything, while being outside of the Broadway craziness!! Cool place!!!

It was cool staying here. Liked it a lot and would stay again. The room was a little bit too cold for our liking. Maybe a stay in the summer would be better.

Loved it. It was clean and high ceilings. No one bothered us. I had trouble with my entry code but the customer service fixed that in minutes. The only thing I didn’t know about was the $200 deposit up front until checkout.

Friendly staff. Fully furnished apartment was stylish and practical. Would stay here next time I’m in town.
