Loved this hotel. Clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Knoxville. Will stay again!!

Don’t mistake this hotel for being a nice hotel based on the cost and the location. You check in at the bar which is odd to me and then when you get to your room it’s small the air is set on a temperature that you can adjust in claims to be on 68 but the room is very musty and smelly and when you called to complain about the air they offer you a fan that doesn’t work. They played very loud club music in the bar downstairs and if you needed extra supplies in your room, they literally tell you to go to the supply closet and get it yourself if you’re young in like the club saying this might be the hotel for you, but if you’re older and expect to sleep in a comfortable bed with comfortable temperatures and no loud club music, not the hotel for you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very nice. However, our room was very hot and the a/c could not be turned down. The outside temp was 95 so not having a cool room to return to was a disappointment. The hotel engineer brought us a fan, which was appreciated, but it did not help.

Loved the shower itself, but No place to sit in shower to shave. No microwave or refrigerator. I had to throw away my leftovers when eating out as there was no place to keep them in my room. No ironing board in the room-had to go down the hall to iron if needed. Was told that I could get any drink with my two free drinks, but when went to get was told only draft beer and wine. Did not like the wine.

The Moxy is my new favorite hotel! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by warm, friendly smiles to our departure, our family of four raved about the Moxy. The rooms are spacious and have a cool and efficient vibe about them. The rooms are thoughtfully designed for the guests’ needs instead of your traditional hotel stay. We spent several hours at the end of our evening playing in the game room. We laughed heartily at all of the little humorous touches - “deep end” in the shower, etc. Our family will definitely return to the Moxy on our next visit to Nashville!

Overall stay was good. Staff were all very friendly. This is the second time I have stayed at this Moxy. Both times though the check in was delayed because there is not one dedicated staff member at the desk to do check ins. They are all busy running the bar. Overall good experience, fun lobby with games.

The hotel is great. Loved the check-in process. But our room was hot and despite several calls to the front desk, it never got addressed. Was actually cooler in the hallway than in our room. No exaggeration.

this is the best hotel i have ever stayed at!! very friendly staff, very cool amenities and ambience here. felt right at home and i am GOING to stay again!!!!

The Moxy is a charming place to stay and very well located with several desirable shops and restaurants in walking distance. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Yes, there is a small window between the bathroom and main room but it is privacy glass. We were very happy with our stay and would stay at this location again!
