Visiting grandchikd. Awful breakfast food. Bad bed and awful pillows Clean room only once every three days even though no one wears a mask. Locked us out by accident after one night. Second terrible experience at this hotel. Won’t come back despite convenience and Marriott membership. One thing: very nice staff.

We arrived from the airport due to our flight being cancelled, thankfully no dramas at booking in an hour early nearly. This place is wonderful, the pool is the center attraction on a sunny day with a lot of young lads in the pool as they`re here for a baseball tournament. The staff are looking after everyone especially when everybody ran in due to a rain shower around 8pm.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were super comfortable and a great distance to the airport. We will definitely stay here again.

Bed consdition is a disaster. Also sleeping conditions are not the best due to airplane taking off by night…

Pretty good stay. Room was large and and clean. Breakfast and service was great. Only down sides were 1. Pillows (not firm at all) 2. They do put a $200 hold on your card. Overall I still would probably stay here again

I don’t think a $200 deposit was reasonable for that hotel. Also, they double charged me for the deposit $400 and could do nothing to reverse it. Now I wait and hope it reverses.

I typically choose this type of hotel for weekend stays because I love to have a kitchen! The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable! The overall condition of the hotel was less to be desired. I’ve stayed in other Element hotels that are prestige. This one needs an upgrade and a bigger emphasis on maintaining the property. Breakfast options are amazing as well!

It was a good hotel , I enjoyed it. Good breakfast, nice folks. The location is a bit remote from downtown, makes sense. I get it. I should have looked at the map. It is a bit of a food desert, so have a car

Staying at the Element is always a joy. Eco friendly and suite room options are great for a family of 5.

Super impressed! Booked primarily because it was reasonably priced and they had free EV charging, and I'm so glad I did! One charger was available when I arrived around 10 pm, and after initializing in the Chargepoint app, it worked great to give me some free charging. Was immediately impressed with the lobby as it's huge, spacious, and well-decorated. Room was the same and is either recently renovated or very new. Everything was spotless, and it looked like a trendy condo in a big city with nice appliances and drinkware and good looking flooring. Breakfast was really good with chef made omelettes, eggs, and pancakes along with some high-end yogurt and pastries. I'd definitely stay here again!

Needed a room near the airport, and it got the job done. Not fancy, but very functional.

We picked this hotel due to the closeness to the airport with a shuttle. We were disappointed to learn that their airport shuttle didn't start till 5am and our flight was at 5:55 am so we had to take a $35 Lyft :( The airport was very busy at 4:30am so I think they need to rethink shuttle start time. The included breakfast was one of the strangest we have ever encountered, Only had Omelets, Pancakes, Oatmeal, Cereal and some bread. No Bacon, Sausage or potatoes. We will choose another airport hotel next time in Nashville.
