I booked this propert through *******. When picking I chose what I thought was a 2 bedroom and when the booking was completed I got a 1 bedroom. Immediately contacted ******* and was told it was a nonrefundable booking and even though I booked 2 minutes prior I would not be refunded. The 2 Br unit was the same price as the 1 Br and the fact that Sonder would not allow them to switch was just poor business. We got there and our unit was opened, not locked and not even shut all of the way. We didn’t know if someone was in there or not. We came in and the area rug and king bed looked disheveled. This unit cost too much for anything to be out of place. My daughters slept in the long bed and I slept on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was so bumpy and painful to lay on that I am still having back problems from sleeping on it. Absolutely the worst thing I have ever slept on. It is a shame that concessions weren’t made for a customer that has a daughter starting college in the fall in Nashville and will be returning frequently to visit. Disappointed.

The place itself was clean and location great, HOWEVER, my car (and one other car) got broken into window smashed and trying to get a hold of someone at the complex was not possible. I have yet to hear back on how we are going to take of this. It says 24 hour camera but the camera seems to be out or something. My husband took a picture of the camera. I am so bummed out.

It was a nice place to stay great restaurants near by and real close to downtown maybe 10 min drive. Only thing was some of the other people I noticed didn’t like kids to much. Two guest told us to keep it down walking into elevator. It was 11am. The first night we got back from a concert at 11:30 pm we went right to room opened couch bed for daughter and went to bed. At 11:42 we got a text about a noise complaint against us. Then when we got up at 7 to go get breakfast and go down town for a tour we got another noice complaint at 7:50am. Sorry but I don’t think we make that much noice. I think it was the two medical staff people who work odd hrs just complaining about the little things

This plae was in an excellent location. Walking distance from everything including Vanderbilt Medical Center which is the reason I was there. How to get access to the place wasnt so clear whereas I had to call and get instructions on what to do. Also received an excessive noise complaint which was pretty weird snce it was 4 p.m and the music wasn't loud, so a tad confused on that part but, other than that the place served its purpose!

Property is nice but the check-in procedure is a nightmare. You have to download an app and input lots of personal information…THEN they email you the information when they get around to it.

The property was in a good location, but it was difficult to access with all the codes and keys. It really sucks not having management on site. We ran out of towels and the people above us were a total nightmare and we couldnt sleep at all and there was no one there to do anything about it.

Stay here quite a bit for work. The location is great, the neighborhood is walkable, and there are plenty of places to eat. No TV in the bedroom is my only complaint, if you need that background noise to sleep.

Apartment is located in a great area of Nashville- lots of restaurants and local shopping literally at your back door. The parking was also great because it was included with the price so we never had to worry about it. The reason we weren’t thrilled with the stay was that the floors were dirty and gross. It’s really not the owner’s fault, it’s obviously who they are hiring to clean it. The bedroom and closet are carpeted. That was fine, but won’t be for long with how dirty the rest of the floors were. We literally couldn’t walk around without shoes and not have to wash our feet before putting on shoes or getting into bed. You could even tell where the cleaning people stopped mopping at the base of all cabinets!! It was so disappointing because the rest of the apartment was very clean and well maintained.

This studio apartment was perfect. It allowed me to work during the day, and the location was fantastic for visiting my daughter at Belmont University. I wish one of the table (either coffee or kitchenette) had been a bit more sturdy; I wasn’t comfortable working at a laptop in either one. Luckily, the weather was nice so I used the AMAZING outdoor space.

Loved that we were able to walk to Belmont University in about 15 minutes. Plus you're in a great area for food and shopping. Also very near the Vanderbilt hospitals. And i like that parking for one vehicle was included as parking can get expensive. Security and check in were easy and we had no issues. Felt very safe. Room was clean and spacious. Couch wasn't most comfortable but every thing else was great.

Very nice, busy but quiet area. The apartment is spacious and all equipped. We stayed on the third floor. The floor noise isolation seems lacking. You can hear every single step of the people upstairs walking. It took us over 20 minutes to be able to open the door. Turns out the door had to be pulled tight in order to unlock it. It should have been mentioned in the instructions.

Perfect location, close to Downtown, and, in 2-3 min distance - "tons" of restaurants in that vibrant neighborhood of Vanderbilt University and Med Centers... Unit is modern, clean, has Washer and Dryer in... just terrific!!!

Communication on how to check in was excellent and worked exactly as stated(i had my doubts). We had an issue with the pull out bed. I had an online chat with a rep and within 3 or 4 hours the bed was fixed. There is a 3rd floor gathering area, very nice amenity!! Private parking in a parking deck is also a very nice amenity. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed for the few meals we did make. The only big negative was the bathroom. There was only 1 towel bar. No hooks, nothing to hang clothes on when taking a shower. And in the shower itself there was no shelving of any sort. You were forced to put your stuff on the floor once inside. Not well thought out. Overall though the stay was enjoyable and would definitely stay again.

Always a pleasure. Fifth experience staying in a Sonder complex in Nashville, TN. Belcourt is my favorite. Great location and convenient to everything I need and want to do while in the city.
