Lovely, spacious room, helpful front desk people, and a great bar/lounge- I couldn't have asked for more during my recent work trip! This hotel is close enough to Broadway/downtown that it's an easy Lyft trip, and they even gave us a couple free Lyft passes each day which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

The property and staff were courtesy and helpful. Rooms were amazing and the happy hour and free breakfast, as well as the complimentary Lyft services were an added plus. Only negative that we experienced was the quality of the bar food (mozzarella sticks were soggy). Will definitely plan to stay for future travel to Nashville.

Valets greeted us enthusiastically and moved quick. We Thought the valet parking was a fair price especially with the Lyft discounts offered. Check in and out was cheerful, quick and informative. The staff seemed to care about your visit. Room was very spacious and very clean . Only small complaint is the beds are a little too firm for our taste. Had a drink in the hotel bar and the bartender made a lovely lemon drop martini and she was very nice and chatted with the patrons. The hotel is centrally located but off the ***** just enough to be very quiet. Very little street noise and the hotel overlooks a little cottage planned development of single family homes.

Very clean, quiet, safe. Beds are comfy and the little kitchen was stocked with whatever cooking things you might need. Must use a room card to get anywhere in the elevator. Valet parking gives you a QR code to text them when you are ready for your car. So we texted in our room when we were going to walk down and our car was ready when we walked out. Breakfast was very nice. Superb!

The hotel was very roomy and clean. The bathroom shower was roomy as well. I wish there was more employees working the front desk, one person is not enough. Even though the breakfast is free, healthier choices should be available. Maybe more fresh fruit, waffles without sugar additives, better yogurt selections. The Lyft credit was awesome, a code was supplied for a round trip each day.

We booked our stay last minute and we were so happy we picked this hotel. It’s the perfect location where it’s quiet but a quick drive to everything you need in Nashville. They also have a Lyft partnership which saved us money on rides each day. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Great that they have a nice bar and free breakfast included too. Room was super nice and very clean.
