Zentral gelegen- sehr chic und groß Tolles Appartment (wir hatten Nr 25), viel Platz, großer Kühlschrank, voll ausgestattete Küche, Esstisch und zusätzliche Sitzecke. Schlafzimmer war auch ganz chic, im Bad sollte der Schrank unter dem Waschbecken erneuert werden. Negativ war, dass Waschmaschine und Trockner außer Betrieb waren (war aber auch nicht angegeben in der Beschreibung ), der Safe im Schlafzimmer war auch außer Betrieb. Ansonsten war das Appartment sehr günstig gelegen, man konnte vieles zu Fuß erledigen und ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war vorhanden. Top Preis-Leistung. Würde ich immer wieder buchen.

Keep looking Fairly worn out room. Safe was not working and labeled as our of order, drier was not working and labeled as out of order. The soda bed was wired shut (I assume also out of order) and the wire was exposed and cut my partners leg open when she sat down Was fairly clean with the exception of a mouldy shower curtain that was unpleasant. Wouldn't go back

Downtown gem! Fantastic location to walk to anything downtown. We went to Billy Strings concerts at Bridgestone and Ryman and only time we used our car was to go to a restaurant and shopping outside of downtown. Only drawback was we were on 3rd floor(no elevator) and the room was warm. A/C does not cool fast and only cools the main room. Bedroom still warm. Otherwise good use of our money.

Walking Distance to everything Hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. Full mini kitchen. Large, clean bathroom and shower. Sofa was meh but its nashville so you won't be sitting around much. Would stay again

I will start with the good part. The towels were nice. Other than that there isn't much good to say. The flooring was pulling up creating a trip hazard. There was mold in the shower. The shelf in the shower where you would put your toiletries is heavily rusted. The towel rack is loose and about to tear out. The doors aren't hung properly and jam when you try to close them. There is no heat or cooling in the bedroom. If you close the bedroom door it gets very cold in the bedroom. Every other night around 1am the trash truck comes to empty the dumpsters. The one night where the dumpsters weren't being emptied someone entered the apartment below mine and had an hour long argument on the phone. Then they slammed the door on their way out. To top it off they are cheap on the coffee they provided. The concept of a short term apartment rental is nice. However, the implementation is poor. On to the staff. Once you make your non-refundable reservation you will find out they want way too much personal information. They have no protection for your information and if you don't like it you don't have to stay there but they are keeping your money. There information requirements are over the top and are unnecessary. The staff are simply jerks!

Great location, close to Broadway, but yet just far enough away to have a little peace and quiet. There’s a grocery store a couple blocks away, which made it easier to be able to get the necessities. Very nice clean place to stay.

WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN Will never stay there again, and you really want to look at other places also. The HVAC never cooled the bedroom because there is NO HVAC IN THE BEDROOM! The fan provided is a joke. We drove into town 90 minutes early to only be told we couldn't check in to a ready unit without paying $50.00 extra to get in early. They know nothing about hospitality. We are in the biz and would NEVER deny someone early check in on a ready to go unit. They are just a big corporation trying to make every dollar they can.

The location was perfect. Once we parked the car we walked everywhere. The TV was complicated and wouldn’t turn off, that was frustrating, but not a deal breaker.

Location was perfect. All info including codes to get in building were sent to my email, making it a smooth check in/out.
