金普頓埃爾森酒店(Kimpton Aertson Hotel)

We loved our stay but paid double for the room! Prepaid via Trip.com, then Kimpton charged us again. After 4 polite phone calls to rectify the situation, we never got a return call. Called again and was told they couldn't help me.

Overall, our stay at the Kimpton Aertson was great. The hotel's proximity to Broadway, good food, and other Nashville attractions was unbeatable! Very convenient! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our only struggle was with some of the hotel staff. We requested towels to be brought to the room one morning, and the towels never came. After multiple calls to the front desk while waiting to shower, they finally admitted it would take 2 hours to complete our request for 2 towels. In that same conversation, we also requested to have the room cleaned while we were gone. That message seemed to not make it to the housekeeping staff either. A little more transparency from the Front Desk staff would have been appreciated instead of telling us, "Yes" or "Ok" and then having nothing happen.

Daytime staff friendly and helpful. Nighttime front desk staff just doing bare minimum. Checked in after midnight and was barely friendly, did not explain hotel amenities etc. could not get a printout of any costs upon departure because the system was resetting. Still have not received anything. Attached restaurant food was good but service extremely slow despite very few tables at 9am. Server too casual in mannerisms. Had to ask for salt and pepper. When brought salt was empty. Small details define a location. Overall nothing horrible but I have experienced much better

This is a beautiful hotel, and even though I arrived very early to attend a wake, they promptly put me in my room. It was a bit pricier than other hotels close by, but it’s definitely more upscale and worth it.

Wonderful stay! Enjoyed the restaurant too. Great place to stay when you are visiting the Woodhouse Day Spa.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS JUST WONDERFUL EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Love the decoration and cleanliness on the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Rooms were amazing, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast available in the restaurant inside the hotel. We recommend it.

The Kimpton is a beautiful hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, safe and quiet which was our primary concern. We would definitely stay there again when in Nashville.
