The hotel rooms are very nice. The frustration comes from the emails you receive from the property providing check in instructions which are incorrect. There’s no accurate instructions for receiving your keys or for parking your cars. The few employees on site are friendly, but they also seem left out of the communication. One employee told me “we don’t know who is sending these emails with the wrong information.” It makes for a frustrating check in/check out experience.

The beds we not Queen size as advertised. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they acknowledged they were smaller - double bed - and indicated they hadn’t updated website. Very poor night sleep for 2 people. Shouldn’t be allowed to purposely mislead people. Lots of room for a queen or even king size bed. Bad business decision. I’ll never recommend and otherwise I would have.

The room was not ready by 4 , the photos showed we would have a balcony but it did not, the staff was not friendly and not helpful what so ever. It was not clear to us how to navigate to get our room. We also cancelled the other room we had for the next day and she was not helpful. We would appreciate a refund.

Excellent stay for a group of 16 (8 couples). Great location just a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Lots of restaurant, bars etc. very close by. Units were well equipped with everything needed. 2 bed / 2 bath units were great for 2 couples. Pool area was awesome. Staff were friendly. All in all a great stay. If you are looking for typical high end hotel amenities (on site bar, restaurant, concierge, valet parking etc.) this is not the place. But... the price is also reflective.

Roughly 10-15 min drive from airport. We arrived on a Friday and it was lively. Close to the music city center 5-10 minute walk. Couple blocks over is where all the action is. Bars and pubs where all the live actions are. Lots of food places around. Easy check in and check out process. Able to reach someone by text for any problems. Had some plumbing issues when we checked in…but only a text away and got someone to fix right away. This hotel had an apar**ent kinda feel. Had a kitchen and living room with 2 bed/ 2 bath. Just perfect for our stay for a conference with coworkers.

Sentral was fine overall- rooms big and clean, quiet, nice balcony. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to Broadway. We had a running joke going how many times the front desk staff would openly pretend we weren’t there each time we went through the lobby. Someone said ‘hi’ and looked our way once out of 20 times? The rest of the time they ignored us. Checkout is automated, returned keys ok but checkout app link kept telling me they couldn’t find my reservation (just spent 3 nights there, weird).

I had several friends that stayed in units. Each unit was missing various things. I would think that each unit would have identical supplies. People staying shouldn’t have to buy their own toilet paper, my unit didn’t have a wash cloth. The carpets really should be replaced. They were stained…and couch looked dirty too. Your location is a good one. KK( front desk was wonderful). The other day person…not so much.

Beautiful outdoor pool & patio Easy walk to broadway side bonus it is also right next to Ye-haw brewing company which is fun (has an outdoor patio, corn hole, & a great gift shop) overall such a nice place to stay with a range of affordable prices!

Good rate for the property. The only downside is that there is not a 24/7 onsite front desk. I got in on an early flight around 6:30am. I thought I could drop off my luggage since I couldn’t check in until 4pm that afternoon. However, the front desk staff aren’t in until 9am. You only have security staff from 11pm-9am. The other snafu is that I never got the email with check-in instructions, which was supposed to come before 4pm. I had to show up to the front desk to ask for the email to be sent. The room rate value is reflected in the fact that this is not a traditional hotel. These are apar**ents, and the location has property management hours.
