We checked in, and checked out 10 minutes later because it was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we walked into the room, there were flies everywhere and smell that genuinely made us both wretch and gag. We've never smelled anything like that before and we cannot believe that they would have considered that room to be acceptable for any guests. I wouldn't even let my dog exist in that space. When we went to reception to inform them of the situation and ask about solutions, the receptionist was very kind about it, but she didn't seem surprised. We funded a different hotel from our own pocket and a refund was later approved by ******* once we'd returned home. I do not recommend this hotel at all. We felt very uneasy about the situation and the room itself.
