金温度度假酒店和住宅(Goldwynn Resort & Residences)

Accoglienza da parte della struttura normale. Check-in eseguito alle 16 anche se in albergo siamo arrivati alle 10. Ci hanno dato un bagno per cambiarci, neanche una stanza. Ci siamo recati in spiaggia e ci hanno dato due lettini anche se eravamo in sette, dicendo che erano gli ultimi. Per finire ci hanno presentato un conto con parecchi addebiti non nostri, il signore addetto alla reception li ha stornati ma sono comunque stati addebitati successivamente sulla carta di credito. Ho inviato una mail chiedendo spiegazioni ma nessuno ha ancora risposto. Colazioni normali.

The bathroom job was broken, a worker walked in my room while I was in there with my significant other, the food menu was horrible. The restaurant owner was racist and stereotyped me due to my skin.

The property was beautiful with great views! We arrived on the 2nd day (0202/23) of opening with work still going on on the floors above us & down the hall. Not as relaxing when there is hammering & a tile saw going in the background. The smoke alarm kept going off as well. We were told on arrival that there would be continental breakfast in the morning to accommodate for not having their restaurant ready. The next morning, we were told that they changed their mind & we could purchase the pastries. We purchased groceries & alcohol from local stores & overall enjoyed our stay. Would recommend going after the property was complete & they have their kinks worked out.

Nice resort, staff is outstanding! Friendly and always willing to assist. Room was nice with a spacious patio overlooking the water. Nice beach area. Negatives…dining options not great, super expensive and overpriced, and very limited options. We left hungry after a very expensive dinner. We walked to resort down the beach for dinner one night and took a taxi to a local place another. Much better idea. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Pool saw very little sun but is beautiful and overlooks the ocean. Nice and quiet option if that is what you’re looking for.

Great hotel. With a couple of small tweaks, it would be even better. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and new. Kitchen had what we needed- but don't expect to cook a full meal in there. Pool was awesome. Right on the beach. You can watch sea turtles and sting rays from the balcony. They need a more extensive music rotation outside the hotel. You hear the same songs multiple times a day if you are by the pool or on your balcony.... Also should shut off the music at midnight... And when the outside bar has a day time DJ. The AC isn't great at night. They need to override the system if it is movement based. The kitchen could use a newly wrapped sponge for clean up but paper towels worked ok. The storage furniture is a little strange. Need more hooks in the bedroom. Closet was in the main living area. The restaurant is good, but had a couple of misses. Order food to share at the table so all can enjoy as the dishes come out of the kitchen. Pool menu was good, but needs a few more choices if you are there for more than a couple days. The hotel gets busier on the weekends. Overall, a very nice stay. Definitely would return to the Goldwynn!

This is a beautiful, very clean resort. It is nice and quiet and not overcrowded like other hotels/resorts in the area. It's the perfect place to stay if you are looking to relax and get away. Dining options are a bit limited, and there was always a line at the coffee bar. They could use a bit more staff there. You will need to take a cab if you want to go anywhere else. The resort staff is very helpful with this, but it does get expensive. I would definitely stay there again.

Property was beautiful, rooms were huge and new. The waitstaff at the restaurant need a lot of training. Not a 5 star service team; wrong orders, lack of urgency, bills had extra charges on them, housekeeping forgot about us, etc- make sure you review all restaurant and hotel charges. The hotel restaurant and pool bar were out of many dishes every day. Update the menus! Pool was shady all day everyday, but the beach was sunny. Food was insanely expensive and hit or miss. Not close to a grocery store. The restaurant was nice, but again service needs a lot of work. Overall a pleasant stay but not worth the $$$$$ and not 5*
