Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and great breakfast! Would stay here again

Everything was great. Clean and quiet. Great vicinity in walking distance to food and stores. A few minutes from college campus and about 5 minutes from historic downtown area

This hotel is conveniently located near the interstate. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Very convenient for access to the freeway and a short drive to town and surrounding areas.

Solid choice. The front desk staff was very helpful on all shifts. I reported an inop ironing board and surprisingly she didn't waste time resolving the issue and brought me a brand new one from the back. The morning host was very helpful and telling me about the attraction throughout the city. The hospitable breakfast host was on her A game and made sure everything was available and area was tidy.

Water never gets hot enough for a bath. Luke warm. Also lamps have overly-bright LED bulbs in them. Makes rooms look like an operating room.

We had such a wonderful time staying here, the staff was beyond friendly. Every employee we encountered was exceptionally friendly and polite. They went out of their way with kindness. The rooms were decently clean. The breakfast is a full meal offered and it was constantly being tended to and refilled. I highly recommend staying here and I have never left a hotel review before but this best western deserves it.

Rooms were clean, but i didn't like the fact that animals were allowed in the rooms.

This was an overnight stay on our way to a destination. Arrived a little late, tired too. The young lady got us checked in quick and was very kind. There room was clean and in excellent condition. So comfortable!

We had a little trouble with the plumbing but it was taken care of in a timely manner.

Staff called to check on us & to make sure we were happy with the room. We thought that was very nice. Clean room, comfy bed & good shower pressure. Will definitely stay here again.

We reserved a “smoking” room, and get there to find out it’s a non smoking facility. The blond at the front desk was extremely rude when we tried to check in (day time).
