I recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in naval! The staff was amazing, friendly, provided excellent service and treated me and my girlfriend like family! Clean, hot showers, great air-conditioning, everything we asked fir was done immediately. We even had hot showers, wifi and electricity during a brownout!! I will always book here when in naval!! Clean room and accomodating staff

Perfect location and basic amenities. Hot shower and the beds are comfortable. No elevator though. But overall, cleanliness, accessibility and comfort are top notch. You cannot beat the customer service too.

Nice hotel to stay for short time. Room was comfortable and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Next time we go to Naval we will stay there again.

Strong wifi Not enough storage in bathroom area to hang clothes & towels Bit of mosquito & cockroach in toilet area But overall staff are friendly & responsive to your needs Easy access to transport

Room was a bit dated but I enjoyed the stay .it was convenient and the staff really helpful

Excellent staff good location. The nice room could do with a refresh on furniture and fittings which I’m sure is on their agenda as they only reopened recently. I hope their restaurant which had a great reputation will open again. Very happy with our stay here and will come again.
