Hotel très propre, personnel très accueillant et très bon service. Un peu retiré du centre ville mais vraiment pas loin, (par la plage) ce qui fait que c'est plus paisible ! De belles installations, déjeuners avec une bonne variétés ! Je le recommande !

Scelta questa soluzione per 3 giorni di relax sull'isola di Naxos nella settimana di Ferragosto. Non volevamo stare in centro prevedendo la baraonda dovuta ai tanti turisti. Quindi si è optato per un hotel poco fuori dal centro, a due passi dal mare, con camere vista mare e piscina dove rilassarsi, pagando una cifra importante ma certi che ne valesse la pena. Le foto ben fatte ed i commenti positivi su Booking (su cui nutriamo a questo punto dubbi di veridicità) ci hanno tratto in inganno. La struttura da sulla strada, la piscina è confinante con la stessa, e pur essendo vicina al mare il tanto traffico infastidisce. Le camere sono strette e con dettagli discutibili e segni del tempo evidenti. Il balcone è presente ma ahimè sul lato vista "parcheggio" mal tenuto. lo spazio comune si riduce alla piscina (di verde c'è n'è veramente poco) dotata di una decina di ombrelloni e relative coppie di lettini, il tutto decisamente malconcio.  Il personale è cortese anche se la reception è spesso sguarnita di personale e si è costretti a rivolgersi a quello della piscina. Nel prezzo, la colazione era compresa, da consumarsi al bar della piscina. Pochi tavoli ma non si è dovuto mai attendere per sedersi. Colazione abbondante ma poco varietà sia sul salato che sul dolce e sempre identica, giorno dopo giorno...bevande calde con macchina automatica da cambiare immediatamente (qualità pessima delle bevande) Note positive: affittando uno scooter, che l"hotel ci ha prontamente trovato (125 cc ad un prezzo di affitto assolutamente competitivo per 3 giorni), si può arrivare facilmente al bellissimo centro di Naxos o nelle più suggestive spiagge dell'isola ( che si trovano dalla parte opposta al centro).

Very cute well maintained hotel, rooms are nice and very clean. Probably the most comfortable beds I slept in the 2 weeks in Greece. A very quick walk to town along a path that is lit up at night and a store with everything you need in a short 15 walk. The breakfast was a great way to start the day, didn’t get to use the pool as it was still to cold out, beach is right across the street. Highly recommend the bus tour around the island, the drivers are impressive how they handle the very narrow winding roads.Staff were amazing and very friendly.

Traveled from Canada to Greece, specifically to Naxos with friends and stayed at Princess of Naxos. Very nice staff, particularly the lady working at the front desk (whose name I cannot recall for the life of me!). The room was very nice (we had two big bedrooms, a small living area with a kitchenette, and a nice large bathroom. We found it was generally quite clean. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and food and drinks available. The hotel is situated in a quiet, private space, but still only a short walk to the city center. It is also a very central location if you want to go in the opposite direction of the city and explore some other beaches. Never any issues asking for additional towels, or other necessities. We used the laundry service as well, which was very useful. Overall, my friends and I were very happy! One of my friends even tried to see if there was availability at Princess of Naxos to extend her trip an extra month! Recommend.

The room's size was okay for three persons however, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom left to be desired. The floor mouldings were very dirty, and the patio door curtains. As for the washroom and shower, we had to do some cleaning ourselves. The shower tile grout was partly dirty and behind the toilet paper holder had leftover excrements on the wall's tiles. The room was for three persons but when we arrived, only two towel sets were left in the room. We had to renew our request for an extra set of towels for the entire length of our stay (four days) and our requests seemed to bother the service people. As for the breakfast, it was okay.

Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Pool along side main road Staff were not available to assist when required and felt like an inconvenience when you requested a towel, or taxi or had a room problem. A long walk from main town at night, and along the beach path which is tricky lighting and footwear. When had a key card issue at night - staff were not on site to sort, long wait time to fix problem, locked outside for over half hour and staff then not apologetic.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a Wingbuddy tour for 4 days. The hotel is very nice and was the most updated of the 4 we stayed at. Wi-fi was good. The sea/beach is across the busy street and we could see it from our room. The bathroom was huge and modern and the room had a king size bed which was very comfortable. We had a private balcony facing the sea and then there was also a sitting area outside our room where guests could congregate. No elevators so we did have to go up a few floors using the stairs. The pool was lovely (but cold) and had a sitting area and loungers around it as well as the bar area where the breakfast was served daily. The breakfast was decent but because we were a large group, if you didn't get there early, a lot of the items would be gone. Shout-out to Alexandria who was the person trying to keep the food items stocked. She would make us a few slices of bacon every day if it was gone by the time we arrived. She was very friendly and worked very hard. They did provide pool towels but you had to ask for them as they weren't out in the open. The beach across the street was nice and you could swim there. The restaurants and shops were about a 20 minute walk along a dirt path and then along the boardwalk. No lack of restaurant choices when you got there. We ate twice at Oasis by the Beach as the food was good and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend bringing wine and snacks back to the hotel after your dinner as it is quiet in the evening so we would sit in the common area on the balcony and have our drinks. Overall had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

After waiting at reception approximately 10 minutes, we were finally checked in and shown to our room. Initial feelings of misgivings (the room was down half a dozen steps and semi basement - a superior double - hmmmm) soon disppeared as the room was incredibly spacious and nice and cool. Vangelis was lovely and explained lots about the immediate area and the island in general. The room had a lovely shaded terrace (although shared with the room next door - but the guests here didnt use it at all). The hotel was full on our arrival of a large group of relatively loud American and Canadian guests all on a group tour who obviously knew each other. They had drank all the gin (apart from Gordons - euch!). Daily maid service was fine but a total debacle over laundry let the property down. Laundry is sent out and the company were late so we had to call the hotel manager to get involved. Laundry was eventually delivered just before midnight - not really acceptable when same day or overnight service is promised. We appreciate though that this service is a third party who let the hotel down. Breakfast is served by the pool which offers lovely sea views although the road immediately in front of the property can sometimes be busy. The aforementioned large group were all at breakfast at the same time one morning as they were off out on an excursion which did lead to a slight shortage of tables. The hotel is an easy walk to a short sandy track which leads to a wooden boardwalk at the back of the beach running almost all the way into Naxos Town (via several eateries and beach bars) -around a 20-25 minute flat walk. Bus stops are right outside the hotel for Naxos Town one way and Agios Prokopios and the island airport the other way. Don't be put off by the proximity to the airport - its very small and propellor planes only around 8 times per day. Bizarrely though there is a garage area underneath the pool which can give some noise when mechanics are working. Bar wasnt fully staffed but there is a phone on the bar to request service - although we visited towards the end of the season this may be different during high season. The fridge in our wardrobe had obviously leaked previously so some wood had warped - not a big job to replace. From our experience this property with a little work, a little more care and love and a bit more attention to detail could bee very easily brought up to a 4* standard and we would recommend this hotel

The hotel is located on a road from airport and pretty close to the town which is ideal if you have a car. The hotel is somewhat dated but acceptable. Good swimming pool. The nearby beach is subpar (we drove to Ag. Anna where the beaches are terrific). Breakfast was mediocre, the best part was fruits and veggies. The worst thing was smell of sewage at night originating from the shower. It was tolerable bat unpleasant. We had to keep the door open all night to mitigate it.

Lovely boutique hotel close to old town Naxos with nice rooms, great grounds and AMAZING staff. The owners and Helene went out of their way to accommodate our every need! There are lovely seating areas outside on every floor to take in the sea and mountain views and watch the stunning sunsets! Beautiful beach just a short walk away too!

This hotel was lovely. Great location, across the street from the beach, a short very pleasant walk (on boardwalk) to Naxos town. So glad to be away from the hustle of the town, but near enough to access it. Everything is well maintained and clean. Staff, albeit light this late in the season, is very friendly and determined to ensure your happiness. We were in a lower suite but perfectly happy. Watch sunsets from pool house or nearby beaches!

We booked trip with Wingbuddy in June 2021 together with our friends , 15 months in advance ! When we arrived we asked if our rooms were together or close, they said no different floor. They then proceeded to take us to a room in basement. It was musty smelling with mold on bottom of walls, in bathroom and there were ants on one of the beds. Also the sliding glass door did not lock. My husband was effected by the mold, he coughed whenever we were in room. But stopped when we were out during the day. Also every day when we came back the person who cleaned our room always left the sliding door open. We faced the driveway below ground and anyone could have jumped down and entered our room. I did speak with them and they stated Wingbuddy just booked standard rooms. But, our friend had a nice room with sea view and king size bed. We spoke with other people who booked with Wingbuddy only recently and they also received nice rooms with good views. The customer service at the Princess Hotel was not good. I also emailed Wingbuddy with my concerns twice with no reply. I must say this ruined our experience in Naxos and we couldn’t wait to leave this hotel. Breakfast was good but if you didn’t get there exactly when it opened the hot items were cold. I don’t usually complain but this was worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

We spent 4 days at this modern hotel rooms with balcony quite large with separate toilet plus separate room with washing bason & separate super extra-large shower lashings of hot water -----usually most hotels all facilities placed together in one small room plus small kitchen too in our room --- the view from our room faced sea & the beach--Hotel ever so clean in it' own grounds with pool ever so clean A bus ride to Naxos town stop outside our hotel which we visited once as a 5 mins walk along the beach opposite hotel was 4 tavernas which we used 4 evenings with views & sound of the sea watching sun go down from our dinner / lunch seating Our Hotel owner was amazing helping us with onwards ferry bookings plus Alex in Hotel pool cafe where we had our breakfast /lunch was so helpful with all our queries an asset to the Hotel explaining places of interest in the area a super person very knowledgeable speaking English too We would recommend this wonderful hotel in quiet area with sand /sea views perfect
