The room was spacious and neat. Staffs are friendly and professional. One of the highlights was the spa experience I had with Ma Mon Zin. Me and my mom did aroma oil massage. She was such a professional and patient massage therapist..and really enjoyed my time there.

All departments of Hotel was just excellent, Room Service was very good, restaurant Chef and staffs was well trained and very good customised meals served to us, garden and land scape is awesome, hotel interior decoration is very good, the maintenance of rooms is very good, cleanness was just excellent, One of the Best Hotel me and my Parter Cho cho Lwin always enjoyed staying

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The highlight has to be the staff - all of them (literally all) were so kind, and sincerely smiley and friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond for us in all ways, anticipated all requests discreetly and without fuss, and made us feel like the only guests there. They managed that almost impossible task: to marry 5* professionalism with a sincere personal touch. One feels they really care deeply about their work. The hotel is spotlessly clean, gorgeous facilities and beautiful grounds, and the rooms are spacious and light - the highlight being the indescribably comfortable beds. The hotel feels like an oasis of peace, and the staff makes it feel like staying with family! Mr Ko Phone and Mr Thura in particular were exceptionally kind and helpful, as was the head chef Mr Phyo. But I would wish to list all staff by name - all of them were outstanding, and I will remember them and their service for years to come. Finally, the acoustic duo on Friday nights was really special - Ms Josephine and Mr Oliver are so talented and sincere. We stayed here for a month between July and August 2023, and cannot wait to come back.

I was disappointed for the arrangement of room they hv arranged twin bed for me (only one individual) even though they changed to king bed for me as per my request . But feel disappointed they hv to fulfill guest need before guest request. Anyway thanks for arrangement later

hotel spa is excellent service . Good food and good service in dining .pool side and welcome.food. Confortable bad .gym room service is so cool.bad service is television channel and bath room supplies.

Very good food and room service. Staff are excellent. Rooms are clean. Front desk is very cordial. Restaurant is good and clean. Food is excellent. We took Japanese food and the amount and taste were very good. I recommend visit to Hotel Park Royal, Naypyitaw.

Rooms are clean and spacious. A v good variety for breakfast and lunch. Also the internet connectivity is better and hotel is easily approachable Recommendation for manager : than zaw htoo for arrangement. Looking forward to stay again when I visit Nay pi taw.

Mr htet zaw service is excellent and other front desk staffs are also very friendly. The food and the dinning staffs are also very welcoming. The gym room is clean and nice . the room is very clean and quite. Definitely , I will come and also will recommend to all my friends..
