北海灘旅館 - AL(Residencia Praia Norte - Al)

Le gérant nous a prélevé 84 euros une fois notre départ sans nous avertir, car on aurait soit disant fume à l'intérieur ! Nous avons pu récupérer notre argent par la suite, mais vraiment n'y allez pas! De plus il est fait qu'il y a une vue sur mer, les chambres sentent le refermé masqué par des produits d'entretiens, personnel peu agréable, à fuire !!

Nice, comfortable, clean space with friendly service walking distance from cafes, restaurants, the main square & lighthouse where the big waves break. Sweeping panoramic views of the beaches below.

We stayed here on a recent trip to Portugal. Almost everywhere that we stayed, hosts or managers were very polite. At Residencia Praia Norte, the owners or managers were extremely rude and disrespectful, and basically ruined our stay there. The rooms themselves are not that great, but are passable. We booked three rooms, for our family as well as friends visiting from Spain. We put our friends in the nice terrace room, and when we went to the terrace for a glass of wine during the later afternoon, the owners came over and said we weren't allowed there. My wife later complained, and the owners accused us of damaging the rooms, annoying other guests, playing loud music, and parking four (4) cars on the property, all of which were complete lies. TBH, I don't think I've ever encountered such rude managers or owners of a property. It's also worth mentioning that while this property is walking distance to Praia Norte, that is not the best beach for swimming. The water is rough with bad currents, and it's windy. It's a nice beach to walk on and to look at the waves, but the beach near the town of Nazare is better for swimming; although there, parking is a problem.

We were there in August 2021 and were very poorly treated. After our stay we received a nasty message from them accussing us of all kind of innacurate things e.g, having 4 cars parked in the property (we only had 2 and had three rooms reserved), causing damage to the property (we absolutely did not), entering in private ares (again we did not) and many other things. We politely mentioned that there was only one hunger, and no shampoo or gel in the rooms and they were very nasty about it and did not bother to provided anything requested. The facilities are in shabby condition, not terrible for the price. But definitely is not worth or recommended to deal with such a rude people. We were traveling for 20 days in Portugal, staying at many places and everybody was very nice except them. Definitely the WORST or our trip. Avoid them at all cost.

Quarto com uma limpeza impecável, zona muito calma, perto do farol e da praia do norte, pode-se fazer tudo a pé, supermercado ou restaurantes ficam muito perto. Adorei a estadia
