The caretaker was not at all interested, the fan regulator was not working and when complained he said no alternate room is available despite the property being almost empty

Value for money although is it close to airport. Amenities provided in the airport are good for a decent stay

Room size is too small. There was no lift in the hotel. Breakfast was average. Location is near to cochin airport and is average. Room was clean.

The hotel was very small without any basic ammenities like lift or restaurant infact hotel is for only backpackers not family, rooms were very small. The hotel was listed ss 3 star property in make my trip which was a misinformation

The stay was fine, near the airport some parking spaces are available near the hotel and easy to spot. The room is small but near and maintained. But i think the rooms are quite overpriced.

Property is quite close to cochin airport. Rooms & bathroom is very neat, clean and and decent. There is a restaurant downstairs, so, food won't be an issue here. There is wifi and it was pretty fast. So, overall it is a very decent place for an overnight stay. Some people may find the fact that this looks like a dormitory and doesn't have lift facility, but we were okay with it. So overall, we would recommend this place.

Stay was good. All facilities including iron box, hair drier etc available. The only thing is we got room in 2nd floor and they don't have lift facility. Overall good. Very near to airport.

Spacious room, ac is working condition, room is kept clean, bedsheet and towels were neat, basic amenities were present, bathroom had hot water facility. Uber facility was available to and fro from hotel. Things to improve is that, there was no lift facility available and we had to lift our 20kg luggage to the 3rd floor, also the front office doesnt know our local language or english, so communication was bit hard. Overall a good stay!

Very close to the airport. Stayed with family. Clean and comfy. Good food avaialble allways. Host was polite and nice. Deluxe rooms were clean. 1 room had the ac little struggling to cool the room. Great value for money.

Room and bed are small and elevation of hotel is not good… restaurant is not available and breakfast from outside is not good

Is it possible to cancel a room if we are not happy with the room. There is no window in the hotel
