衞生還行，被子稍微有點味道，衞浴應該是翻新過的，還可以，就是不大。衣櫃比較簡陋，每個房間的保險箱不一樣，有些也沒有固定在牆上。房價因為離機場近（4km）所以偏高，晚上可能會打不到車，uber司機會取消訂單然後坐地漲價，酒店有些預訂裏面是有免費接/送機一次，不錯，車也比較新。有第三方商務車可以連司機一起租，來回價格還行。服務非常好，90%的員工都很熱情。跟duty manager溝通也比較順暢。樓下有紀念品商店可以買充值卡，中餐館的海鮮麪還不錯，如果衞生能再好一點就好了。前台動作比較慢，但是總體服務質量是不錯的。

離科倫坡班達拉奈克機場很近，半夜到蘭卡的可以來這裏住。

我最近住在維萬塔科倫坡機場花園酒店並獲得了不同的體驗。泳池區非常棒，是放鬆身心的好地方。食物超出了我的預期，味道很棒，品種也很豐富。工作人員非常細心，為整體體驗做出了積極貢獻。然而，價格感覺有點過高，特別是考慮到令人失望的房間景觀，只能俯瞰建築物，與廣告上風景如畫的圖像相反。此外，條款和條件令人困惑且寫得不好，可能對客人不利。一句建議：跳過昂貴的機場接駁車服務（費用為 4000 斯里蘭卡盧比），而選擇 Uber 或 PickMe 乘車服務，費用約為 500 盧比。

Very easy check in. Good range of food for breakfast. Clean and well presented room.

Nice hotel

It was good to be back after some while. Things have definitely improved. The food was great, the room, spacious and clean; and the staff excellent. Friendly and efficient. Thank you. This hotel like all the others in the Taj chain only allows connection to 4 devices. I don't know why this is still the case, when guests usually travel with a number of devices, in our case 5. Other hotels don't do this. Perhaps you can rethink this policy?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, with everyone greeting us with warm smiles and a positive attitude. A special thanks to Duty Manager Chaya, whose assistance was incredibly helpful and made our experience even more delightful. The room (1303) was very comfortable, offering a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation. The serene surroundings and the hotel’s ambiance added to the charm of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and excellent service near Colombo.

Le personnel est aux petits soins, la chambre était très confortable, le buffet très varié, et des espaces lounge / bar très cozy. Je n'ai pas pu tester la piscine mais elle avait l'air très belle ! Je recommande sans aucune hésitation et je reviendrai sans souci.

We are currently staying at Vivanta and will be checking out tomorrow evening before leaving to the Airport and I must say that we have had a wonderful time thus far. The food was amazing at the restaurant as well as room service . The staff at the restaurant are so polite, friendly, attentive and interactive with the guests, it was refreshing to see as we're locals and we've not experienced good customer service from hotels we've been to thus far. A special mention about the hospitality received from Chef Noel and Ms Chathuri, so caring and polite. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are so clean and I know the rest of our stay will be nothing short of spatacular. Good luck to all and thank you for the complementary cake!

Chaturi and kasim offered a very good customer service. We enjoyed our delicious seafood platter and fruity beverage. We surely recommend this hotel and restaurant. Thank you so much. Amazing service and friendly staff

**Besuch im Vivanta Airport Garden Hotel – Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis** Mein Mann und ich hatten das Vergnügen, heute zum Mittagessen im Vivanta Airport Garden Hotel zu speisen, und wir waren von der Erfahrung begeistert. Das Buffet bot eine exzellente Auswahl an Speisen, die alle frisch und äußerst ansprechend präsentiert wurden. Die Qualität und die Vielfalt der Gerichte haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir Herrn Noyel Karunarathne, dem Pastry Chef, aussprechen. Die Nachspeisen waren einfach himmlisch und haben unseren Gaumen verzaubert. Auf den besonderen Wunsch meines Mannes hin wurde uns sogar ein zusätzliches Dessert serviert, was den ausgezeichneten Kundenservice unterstreicht, den das Hotel bietet. Wir möchten dem gesamten Team des Vivanta Airport Garden Hotels danken, das unseren Besuch zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht hat.
